Morning GP, sorry, couldn't resist having a nosey at the rest of your site (those transvestites - oh dear lol :D).

It's funny, I pictured you as looking like your avatar (I always picture people as looking like their avatars...I don't know why because I don't look like mine :)), but looking at your photos, if you are the one I think you are (and you DO look a bit like Ricky Gervais!), I have to say......he-llooooo!!! :rotfl:

    (Don't worry, I'm married.....and pregnant.....lol)

It's odd. When I was about 20 everyone suddenly said I looked like Nick Berry. it was bizarre - I dont mean one or two people, I mean loads of people. And it wasn't like he had just started appearing on TV - he'd been on Eastenders for ages.

My nan was a snooker fan and was adamant I looked like John Parrot. She also thought it was a compliment and thought I should be flattered by the comparison.

    Now I get Ricky Gervais.
  • Well done grey pilgrim - 8lbs is a good loss!!!!

I weighed myself this morning and I cant believe I'm at my heaviest ever. But then I've had so many Mystery shop for 3 course meals lately I shouldnt have been that surprised.:D

So after Christmas I'm going to start dieting - and try not to put any more on before then. I'd love to join you guys but I'd understand if you thinkits going to get too big ( no pun intended:rotfl: )

5ft 4 and 15 st 9lbs is not a good look!!!!!!!! plus I've very few clothes that actually fit now.

    Now I get Ricky Gervais.

If you get John Prescott - then you will have reason to complain...

It'll only get too big when I run out of colours for the graph.

PM me when you're ready to start!!

20 stone 3 3lbs...lowest yet. I'm so eager to see the scales move from 20 stone to 19 stone......
  • I know that feeling - I am waiting for the scales to go under 14 stone - a small but very important difference! I cannot remember the last time I was 13 stone something!

Well done - 10lbs in two weeks is fantastic.

Right gang.. what's the plan for coping with the next 4 days???? Mine is..

    PANIC!!!
    Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.
  • Well I think I'm now over that "lose a huge amount in the first 2 to 3 weeks", and onto the "lose a pound or two each week" stage. Had a blowout in Glasgow for works christmas party (beer, curry)...fried breakfasts in the hotel...

And God, did I enjoy it.

Not managed to get below 20 stone 3 pound yet (was 20 stone 5 this morning), but back on the gym / fruit / walking / booze free regime.

Elantan / Emmzi, hows it going with you?
