    GP - do you have room on the graph for me to join in? cant face (or afford) slimming world etc again and have loads to lose.

    i doubt you'll be dangling in terror for long ...maybe at first but you'll get over it ..i need to get over my fish phobia ive had it for years and just cant get to grips with it at all ..so i take my hat off to you for even trying ..and come April you'll be like wow that was so easy..i think you are quite right in leaving it till then to get a couple of pounds off..the way your going it will be no probs for you at all

    Is there room for another Lardlosser!!!!!!
    Really want to lose a little bit of weight and going public might help.I have weighed myself this morning and am 9 stone 2 pounds.

    Of course. I wouldn't worry too much though - putting things in perspective, you whole body weighs about as much as my legs. :(

    Right.. packed for travel week at work.. have emergency slimfast (bogging but on buy two get one free and at least calorie counted) in suitcase as veggie option at least 2 nights will be cheese + cheese... and have been pretty good all weekend. Will weigh in am and update then.

    Feeling pretty determined! Have even packed money diet so as to have something useful to do in evening other than drink/stuff.
    Debt free 4th April 2007.
    New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.
