I regret getting on scales (just in from work) as I am exactly the same although I am sure 2 pounds of that must be diet coke and fluid retention from flights/ hot environments... am trying hard not to look again before MondayDebt free 4th April 2007.

Wow GreyPilgrim you are doing really well:j
I lost 3lbs this week. Not been very good though. Mjaor hassle with OH and DD1 fighting with eachother:mad: My normal respose to stress like this is to either:
1: Spend money (on anything that will make me feel better)
2: Eat (chocolate or lunch out or both)
Managed to not spend anything this week so far, but house full of chocolate etc from Christmas so have eaten some chocolate.:eek:0
