GF well done for loosing a stone, you must be proud!

just a quick question though, how much of your lost stone do you think has got to do with the exercise youve done?

(only asking this as i have a stone or 2 to lose and dont mind the diet side of it but im still kicking and screaming when it comes to the exercise side, im a well lazy cow!!)

it's hard to say really. I've changed the type of food I eat completely - junk food is out (althought I've promised myself a large chicken and garlic pizza when I hit 18 stone) and fruit and veg is in.

But I've really hammered the gym at the same time. You've got to learn to love the exercise...if you're doing it under some sort of duress and not enjoying it then you're not going to maintain it and start finding excuses not to do any.

Birthday weekend included An Extreme Amount of Beer, a 12 inch pizza, a BK whopper, two cooked breakfast, a mixed grill, more beer, and 1 and 1/2 massive ice cream sundaes

    guilt never felt this good.

I'm now officially off the beer until April, and back on the diet.

Still skinny this week GP?? I'm missing your updates! You don't need a spreadsheet to tell us how skinny you're getting!

Hey there. Nothing to report yet I'm afraid, and I only want to give updates when I hit a new low. Not managed to get lower than 19 stone 10 yet :( But then again I new I would lose a whole lot really quickly and then bottom out to a more steadier rate.

And to be honest, I've been cheating a little bit with food and beer. But I've got focused again over the last few days. I expect to have something to report soon.

    Keep em crossed for me!

    Hows yours going?

Back up the way post holidays. Off to make a big pot of low cal soup for the weekend I think! And re-instate the no-booze rule for a couple of months.
