 Trust me Kaz, the 'little bit here and there' approach works. swap bad snacks for fruit / veg. Walk if possible, instead of using the car or the bus. Use the stairs instead of the lift.
 And if you relaly want to go for the burn, use the 'down' escalator to get 'up' to the next floor...thats a real fat burner.0

            OK I have already asked if I could join this and said I would let you know my starting weight. Since my weigh in at the gym I have been too depressed to speak about it but here goes! My starting weight is a whopping 16 stone 11 lbs. A true fat bloater!!!! My weigh in day will be a thurs. I will keep you updated. Good luck all!!0
