I'm just amazed not to have put on in the last week!

I am off to buy some cottage cheese and crispbreads to counterbalance whatever is ging to happen on Monday...

Aiming for going back to work (3rd Jan) 2 lbs lighter.. will consider that a massive victory!!
    Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.
  • I'm getting a real buzz everytime I see the scales drop a pound. every one is a victory!

A girl came back to work after a two week break a few days ago and asked me if I'd lost weight and said I looked great. Saying I felt chuffed was an understatement!
  • GP, just wanted to wish you good luck sir! (non-alcoholic ;) )

Don't have much advice really other than to mix it up at the gym a bit. Don't let it get boring or you will find it easier to lose motivation. Also try and find the time when all the young hotties go! Makes the pain more bearable! ;)

Also, this might sound daft but eat slower and stop when you are full. It apprently takes 20 minutes for food to hit your stomach so the slower you eat the less you would have crammed in before you feel full. :)

So pudding06 is now on the graph. (and when did the rule about not allowing links in the signatures come into play?)

Guys, I'm weigh myself daily but I know some people like to do it weekly...I'll just assume that if I don't get a PM from you with an update that the scales aint changed.

Been very bad over christmas so I'm afraid I haven't got a new low to report...still at 20 stone 3 pound as on december 15th (but with the amount of food and beer I've shifted, I've done well to keep it there. I've actually been inhaling food rather than eating it)

Thanks. Will pm you tomorrow. Joined a gym this week - I know not very DFW but really feel I need to do something drastically. Gym has loads for kids ( i have 4) so will also help to have fun together as a family - something that has been lacking in our lives for a while.
But I need support +++ with weight loss. Like debt it is something I have battled with for many years.

Getting to grips with debt and money so hopefully also will be able to gain control of my weight this year!

Please count me in. I weigh myself tomorrow and start listening to Paul McKenna again. Just booked our holiday for July and I too worry about the harpoons.
