You're correct - they're not.

I had read their Terms and Conditions, in which they stated:

6. All goods remain the property of Race Passion Ltd until paid for in full.

As I did not consider the possibility that anyone would be so foolish as to claim to be running a limited company when they were not, it did not occur to me to check at Companies House.

It does look as if Mr Lloyd has been a naughty boy, doesn't it?

Perhaps you should let Trading Standards know about this, if not also HMRC? His apparent lack of candour about something as simple as the name of his company may extend into other areas of his business.

They have been taking large deposits of customers up to £10500 and not building their race truck and van conversions.
I now know of three customers who are in the process of taking Mr Paul Lloyd and race passion to Court.

I havn't updated on here as my Solicitor has been trying to get the problem resolved with Mr Lloyd. He has totaly ignored him so court action is next. Since posting on here I have had many of Mr Lloyds so called satisfied customers contact me with their problems. From not building and him refusing to refund them, to conversions falling to bits and Mr Lloyd not fixing their vehicles and some of these vehicles are on his web site. To finally owing items not supplied when collecting the vehicle and not getting any responce from him.
I have yet to talk to any of his customers who havn't had problems and not one has got there vehicle delivered on time. Some have been as long as Three months late being delivered.
I would like to talk to the last two van owners shown on his site, as he reckons they both said the same thing to him about there conversions. Very Strange. He offered to provide me with satisfied customers when I was having problems but he never did. When I said I wanted to talk to the last two on his web site I was talking about the last two customers on the Race Passion web site who said they were very happy with there conversions as they are the first I have known to be completely satisfied. Not on this web site.

Well the Two customers of Race Passion who I wanted to talk to have posted on Liz Mortons thread on this site. Funny they didn't do it on my thread. However I have replied to them on there.
