We paid from our bank account straight to his bank account because that was the only option Paul Lloyd gave us.0

Some more interesting information regarding Paul Berian LLOYD appears to be trading under another company known as passion leisure vehicles Ltd.0

Another victim to MR Lloyd has contacted me, similar circumstances. The man must be put away for his behaviour its criminal what he is doing.0

Wish I had read this thread before dealing with Vdub Passion. My current situation is that I paid for some new Alloy wheels and tyres at the beginning of December costing £772. Following many failed deliveries and a continuing saga of not being able to contact Paul, and when I do get hold of him, lots of excuses, I am currently trying to get a refund. This man never answers the telephone, emails or text messages. When you do occasionally get a response you get promises of actions etc that never happen. I am very concerned that I may struggle to get the refund that I was promised. I am currently threatening legal action hoping that it will get a response. If anyone has any advice please respond to this post. Based upon my personal experience I urge anyone to think very carefully before dealing with this company.0

After giving his excuses as to why he hasnt already transfered the refund to my account Paul agreed to make the bank transfer today 2/1/13. On the 4/1/13 I called Paul as the money hadn't been received, he said it may take up to 3 days to come through. I am now on day 7 and still haven't received the refund. It turns out that there is a cash back scheme which allows your bank to reverse the transaction, will try that today. I will also be contacting Trading Standards to do my best to make sure no one else goes through what I have had to endure. If the cash back scheme for debit card transactions doesn't work I will be asking Trading Standards to take formal action to prosecute in a criminal court. Will repost letting you all know how I get on!!0 -

This will be my last post on this forum but if anyone needs help or advice you can find my email address on here and I will do anything I can to help.
After two years and three months I have finally got my £10500 back from Mr Lloyd and Race Passion, after many promises and lies and which basicaly he used as an interest free loan to run his business. Court action was the only way to deal with him as many others have found out. The stress and upset this caused myself and family was massive and I can only say to Mr Lloyd thanks for the biggest upset of my life. The man is a liar and a moron and used mine and others money to run his business's. I understand he wants to sell them now what a joke. Who but an idiot would buy them with the bad names they have.
Trading Standards have a massive case file about him and his companies and yet still have not stopped him trading and treating his customers in a very bad business like manner. Anyone wanting to still do business with this man and his van building companies all I can say is:- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!!!!!0 -
This company is featured on bbc1 a consumer tv programme episode 5 called the legalizer with barrister qc Gary bell. The person featured had to take him to court and get bailiffs involved before " agreeing" ..to pay the money back in installments., it took her 3 years to get to this point.0

Is it really almost 11 months since the last post in this thread? Or has this thread been trimmed?0
-
I believe it's been trimmed on many occasions, but not necessarily recently. As soon as I saw a campervan on the programme intro I thought of this bunch.0
