I really feel for you. Try to eat and do things that make you happy, make the most of what you have now although it must be bad try to keep positive. If you need to vent then let it out, don't let it build up. Your friends and fella should understand, and it is so important not to push them away. You are so young and life is so cruel, and it always happens to the good ones x x

Thanks for your words of comfort :) Tbh, I've come to terms with her dying but I am struggling with how she could die. I watched someone die from it last year in the most painful, inhumane, undigified way possible (the care he recieved was top notch) and I just don't want her to go through the same thing. Being selfish, I don't want her being in agony and not looking like my mum to be my final memories.

Anyway, I had a row with my fella this week because, despite being an intelligent man he is a dimwit at times. Tbh, I could have throttled him but hey ho.

Also had zero sleep because one of my cats friends keeps battering the catflap at silly o'clock.

    OH, WHERE IS THE CHOCOLATE?!!!

Anyway, not been very MSE this week but that is understandable. I get paid next Saturday and my OD is being paid of. I am sick of it. It means a month of being skint for a month but I am past caring. My freezer and store cupboard are stocked and that is all that matters.

I had the same issue with the neighbourhood bully headbutting the catflap at dawn most nights, so I decided to rig up a little trap that seems to have scared him off as I have not heard from him since!!! He used to come around about 9/10pm when it starts to get dark first, and then again throughout the night. So, I hooked my hosepipe through the kitchen window and left it open just so I could have the nozzle out, then waited........... as soon as I heard one of mine came tearing indoors, I knew he was there, so I quickly went to the window, pulled the trigger, and I got him!! Haha he ran off like his bum was on fire!!!

I also caught him the next night trying to approach the back door, he did hestiate when he got to the spot I got him at the night before! But i was upstairs this time so just for good measure, I opened the hall window and chucked a glass of water on him!!!

Oooohhhh now, that is a plan that screams of fabulousness! haha I bet that his face was a picture! Luckily, I have been able to sleep for the past two nights but I have still had a visit from him. He can visit and sit in the yard with mine but he sure as eggs isn't coming in! I don't think that my eldest boy will let him in tbh as he was growling at him the other day. Mind you, he only reacts like that when there is back-up in the shape of me or my fella.

Today was a NSD - yay! I am really looking forward to paying off my OD next Saturday. I'm not looking forward to being skint but it is a case of needs must. I'm thinking of giving myself an allowance each week.

Anyway, I worked in my back yard today. I was given some free potato seeds from Homebase a couple of weeks ago and I only got around to planting them today. I probably won't get anything tbh. I must remember to water and feed my plants. So far, nothing has killed them - no 'orrible black fly armies like last year and the cheapy netting I bought is stopping my lad using my pots as his personal throne.

Mum starts chemo again. Ten tablets a day for two weeks so she will be rattling when she walks. I know that she isn't going to recover but anything that gives her some quality, dignified, pain-free time before that focker takes her is worth a shot.

I have uploaded my shop and scan and done a few surveys. I'm also in the middle of my supermarket shopping list. I'm not planning on going until the last possible minute.

    Goals for the week:
    *gym more than once
    *packed lunch everyday
    *eat out of the freezer

Insurance companies are cheeky s0ds. Just done my internet banking and I noticed that my DD's for my pets has increased by £70:eek:. I only had two of my lot insured - I never got around to insuring the kitten. Anyhoo, I cancelled the DD's (must ring my old insurance provider tomoz) and insured the three of them for a lot less and got some pennies back from quidco. Should be about £70 cashback but I'm not holding my breath. The level of cover is the same - just a different price tag.

I should have my own insurance company because they are a licence to print money.

I don't get paid on Saturday - I get paid on Friday instead **happy dance**. I got my payslip today and my final wage from my third job.

Just done my sums and I earnt an extra £485.32 last month and, on pay day this Friday, I will have earned an extra £201 - kerching! This means that the OD WILL BE GONE!!!!!!!!!!!

AND! I, finally, FINALLY, managed to get enough points on yougov. I honestly never thought that the day would come. It must be two and a bit years since I joined that site.

My CC took a bit of a hammering this week as I had to top up on flea and worming stuff for my furbabies.

Wow well done you are doing much better than I am at the moment - I seem to have lost my motivation, bored of scrimping!

Plus I have annual vaccinations tomorrow for the kitty-kats, ouch.

Keep going you are so close to your goals!

Well, my OD vanished a week ago tomorrow. I have just logged in to my internet banking half expecting to be in minus pennies - and it's not! Wahey! I was £37.77 in the black and I get paid for my second job tomorrow. I moved £7.77 to my savings account. I'm not going to be making many extra payments of my CC this month as I have to get used to living without an OD. Must plump up my savings account first - this one is for any unexpected bills and the like. My proper savings account will be left alone for a while.

I also have £11 in my purse and healthy kitchen cupboards. Oh, I'm getting there. Mind you, I'm due a statement for the stoopid bankloan this month but I know that, in total, I owe just under 7k which is dreadful I know esp as I have nothing to show for it.

It's been an 'orrible week workwise and I am really glad that it is Friday tomorrow.

I need to do some surveys and think about my goals for the new month.

For the first time in fifteen years I have earned some interest on my spends account. I have absolutely no idea what to do with the penny that landed in my newly indablack account. Any ideas? lol Maybe I should fritter is away on a penny chew from the corner shop ;)

Had a really nice weekend. Just mooched around town, caught up with friends and done some much needed housework (not that you can tell). We went to Costco today and took advantage of a few of their offers. Don't need to buy any chicken or chopped tomatoes for a month or so. I have to use my last Sainsbury's voucher this week so I will stock up on tins and the like - stuff to last a couple months as opposed to a few days.
