Suit yourself. Excuse me for trying to help. Your previous post read like Ocean Estates had just been set up and was still in operation. I thought it might be helpful to point out, via that link, that this company went out of business many years ago. I'll just leave you to it then. Good luck.0 -
The remark by stadia is true however the final decisionis not the most important detail....this is an incompetant sneaky company who sits behind a solicitor....at the end of the day stadia took business from a crminal and then saw fit to charge me for that...this is a company who threatened to take me to court for that pleasure...a threat made by some jumped up youth trying to play big business man of the year..then when i threatened stadia they sent the police to see me....the worrying thing is that this type of business activity is rife within the sipp sector...how many of yiu lucky people did stadia inform that los pandos is a scam? And it is a scam i can asdure you all....the pension industry is an arrogant distasteful sector and i am appalled at the way it treats it clients..go on youtube and watch the tony hales (md) introduction to stadia trustee...i can assure you that they have no values other than taking a slice of your pension pot....stadia are just a business trying to ignore and silence me...i am never going away.until i.get my money back0

The sipp sector.is a flawed process..it has allowed companies like stadia to put ehatever scams through their sipps from clearly nieve people from basically criminals and unscrupulous marketeers and make money from it..the regulator has been.forcing this point for five years yet large elements of the sipp sector have ugnored it....this has cintinued for one of two reasons...either the provider is incompetant or they are purely interested in making money out of people with no morale understanding as to the process of events they are involved in and partly responsible for...all sipp.providers who have conducted busines the way stadia trustees has needs to be shut down as they are no better than the crminals introducing the scams...they actually.believe they are blameless despite the fact they have charged people extortionate amounts of money..stadia incompetance has caused me and my.famiky 5yrs of utter misery and stress...the company is a disgrace0

Don't let anyone bully you into a corner glamdring...Los pandos was a scam. Swiss Capita were involved if you look on Los Pandos's facebook (we have the screenshots on file also) they were on board with the whole investment...The threats from M&C are nonsense unless they scam somebody else to pay for legal action...0 -
The ironic thing about the los pandos investment of course is that Stadia Trustees deny its a scam...the due diligence they perfomed on the investment prior to accepting it into its SIPP portfolio states that it is bona fide...it amazes me how they have come to this conclusion...firstly they were accepting introductions from at least two companies run by Mr Terry Wright (pfr services and alhaurin wealth planning)....Mr Wright also ran a company called Swiss Capita who were also involved in the apparent investment....according to Stadia taking business from Mr Wrights companies does not mean that they had any form of relationship with him...a quite remarkable comment to make because as soon as you take business from a company you automatically engage in a relationship with them..then of course we come to Martin & Clews...the development company who have not returned investors money..the actual scammers...they also deny any involvement with Mr Terry Wright and apparently only used him to gain investments from the UK...I bet they did lol....another company who claim to have no relationship with him....everybody claims to have no relationship with him yet everybody is happy to take business from him in order to make money from peoples pension pots....the whole situation stinks to high heaven and has done for years and years...its a convenient set of regulations that allows scammers and SIPP providers to mug off nieve people who end up losing their whole pension pots....SIPPs are for experienced rich investors with money to burn yet the process has been used to rip off normal people who really do not need a SIPP0

As someone who is both a cash and pension investor in Los Pandos for many years, I have been following this forum over many months and have resisted making a response until now.
But given the ridiculous accusations over the project at Los Pandos, together with the personal attacks upon the Directors of Martin & Clews Consulting, I felt it was necessary to present the facts about this project, and those who run it, for the benefit of all of the other sane investors who may be concerned over the nonsense that has been written previously on this site by a relatively small number of misguided individuals.
When it comes to uncovering scammers and fraudsters, I have personally been on a crusade for many years to help expose those who are responsible for them. On the basis of the FACTUAL information I was able to provide, the BBC (Inside Out) and Channel 5 (Cowboy Builders) have produced programmes in 2010 and 2014 respectively, that have accurately portrayed the antics of some unscrupulous developers operating outside of the UK but within Europe. So I should like to think that anyone reading this blog would appreciate and understand that I am definitely not on the side of developers as a rule.
In the case of Los Pandos, however, it most definitely is NOT a scam.
In total, I have made no fewer than a dozen trips to both the Marbella (marketing branch, now closed) and the Altea (technical branch) offices, over a period of 7 years, in stark contrast to some of the individuals on this site who blatantly refuse to seek the facts by making the effort to board an aircraft and pay a visit to meet with the Company officers, its team of architects and administrators, speak with the local politicians, see the documentary evidence supporting the commercial planning proposals, and, finally, view the vast area of land known as Los Pandos where the vineyards are situated and there is a working farm.
During these various trips, I have been accompanied by a number of guests, including a professional IFA, accountant and business journalist, all of whom then made an informed decision to invest into the project based upon their own research and findings.
I myself have invested in two previous investment opportunities with M&C at Los Pandos and have always been repaid on the due date. I am not alone as members of my family and close friends have also invested and had their monies returned to them.
Now I'm also fully aware that not everyone has been as fortunate and received the return of their investment on time. Indeed, I have a substantial amount still invested in Los Pandos with my own SIPP which was due to have been repaid 2 years ago.
Rather than jump to ridiculous conclusions, as some who have written on this site appear to have done, I contacted the Company about the situation and was given a perfectly rational explanation for the delay in returning my funds. Based upon my own conclusions, I was more than happy to merely extend the investment period. After all, as it is pension money, I'm unable to cash it in and utilise it until I reach 55.
As anyone who understands anything about property development would appreciate, a developer must first obtain full planning permission for his proposals and he will only make a profit once the project (with full planning permissions) can be sold onto a third party, usually a construction company.
To draw a simple analogy, it is no different to someone selling their home having obtained full planning permission for an extension. With planning permission, the property has gained a lot more value and will fetch a much higher price than without.
And so it is with Los Pandos; the land was purchased by M&C in 2007, with just agricultural permission, but now, having gone through many, many stages in the planning process which a project of this complexity necessitates, it has gained a huge amount in value and, so I understand, The Company is now involved in advanced negotiations with a number of parties who will be part of the Construction process. Once these negotiations have been concluded, and a price agreed, the Company will then have the cash to repay its investors within the very near future.
My latest visit to the site was in February 2015 when I was also accompanied by 3 others. Not only were we privileged to meet and speak with the Deputy Mayor of Alamansa about the Project, in his private offices, but we were allowed to inspect files containing the planning documentation on the project, details of which have since been put into the public domain available for anyone to view.
Yes, the Company freely admits that for a short period of time there had been a lack of communication with some of its investors, for which it sincerely apologises, but from February 2014 there have been regular detailed updates issued to all investors that have provided us with a clear, chronological summary on the huge progress being made in the planning process.
So, in summary, before making unfounded accusations, allegations and dubious defamatory comments in a public forum such as this, anxious investors should make the effort to visit the Company and see the facts for themselves. Indeed, it is just plain common sense but, sadly, it would appear, that not everyone who writes in these forums is blessed with much!!!

Given that profile, I'm sure that you won't mind providing real-world sources to verify those claims? Just in case you appear ever-so-slightly like many other first-time posts that appear to defend the honour of other, allegedly dodgy, investment "opportunities". Which I am sure you are not....:whistle:0 -

Quoted so we can laugh at a pathetic shill post confirming that this is a big scam (IMO of course)0 -
