And if by magic I have today received the latest update on the los pandos development from Eduardo Martin. As you are reading these posts and now in fact contributing would you be so kind as to explain the current state of the los pandos project on this forum for us all to see...because lets be honest the report contains once again just a collection of words put together in sentences that do not mean anything...an example of which is "great progress has been made with the administrative formalities of the project"....Eduardo..the whole report and every report for the past twelve months has contained the same meaningless tripe..and in response to your question about why I havnt got on a plane to visit los pandos..i can assure you that I am the last person that you want to see getting off a plane in Spain.
Eduardo,your report also claims yet again that you are making legal moves towards me and others that are posting on this site...under UK legislation....i am waiting for this to happen and I look forward to facing you in court..

I am honoured to think that you believe that I'm Eduardo Martin! And who are you precisely and why don't you identify yourself by your proper name? This is yet another example of a piece of information you have submitted on here which is factually incorrect or twisted in such a way as to suit your own needs.


I'm delighted that you have received the latest written communication from the Company which no doubt is beyond your level of comprehension. I have just read it and it makes perfect sense to me.


I'm not sure of your motives for publishing a list of names and companies that link Eduardo Martin and Mike Clews? What did you expect? Is it not highly likely that the people running the project would want to be the Directors of it and of the other divisions within the main Company? Unfortunately, you don't understand or have the intellectual capacity to appreciate how big businesses operate.


I'm glad you made reference to the file under the name of Mike & Eduardo you claim is being investigated by Economic Crime and Anti Corruption Division in Alicante and the police.


Once again, you have managed to take things out of context and so imply the Company directors are connected with some illicit act. The department referred to above is a bureau that has files on all Spanish Companies as part of standard procedure into various activities conducted by these companies, including tax administration. It is no different to the information held by Companies House here in the UK. The file you refer to is, so I understand, merely an investigation into funds owed TO M&C BY the tax authorities in much the same way as an individual or a Company in the UK has the right to request a tax rebate if it believes it is due one. SO WHAT!!!!


So whilst you appear to have come up with a few red herrings you have not answered the questions I have put to you previously.


So let me ask them again:


Have you visited the Company in Spain and seen the Project for yourself? And if not, why not? After all, you have had plenty of time to go and determine the facts for yourself but instead you prefer to rely upon gaining your information from research undertaken on the internet or from dubious third parties in Spain who could, for all we know, have an axe to grind and merely wish to muddy the waters.

It is not for me to publish confidential documents that are not my intellectual property in an open forum. If I can make the effort to authenticate the veracity of this investment in my own time and at my own expense, why shouldn't others take the trouble to discover the facts too? And besides there are now official reports about the project available for all to see on the local town hall website in Almansa.


May I enquire as to whether you are an investor in this project as well?

Have you not asked yourself why any company would be prepared to go to the efforts of defending itself in a court of law if it were indeed a scam and had acted fraudulently? Scammers take your money and run - they don't hang around and waste their ill-gotten gains by going to court to defend the indefensible!!!!

Which is a contention that you have rejected.
The point is that you made a claim in your initial post that you have been:

the only thing i didnt have the intellectual capacity for was to be that nieve to get duped by a fraudster by you and get myself involved with parts of the uk sipp sector that despite warnings from the regulator for several years has continued to do business with the likes of you....two points of.which I will resolve...i can assure you that either the sipp operator or martin & clews will return my money...and I hope for your sake that it doesnt end up with me gwetting on a plane to Spain..I have spoken to about 100 hundred people who have invested in this farce via many different means..some of them directly to your company and none of whom have had their money back....investment sums range from £5,000 to sums in the hundreds of thousands....and all you have got to show for this is a piece of wasteland with some defunct vineyards on....I would ask what you have spent all this money on for the past 7years..but it would of course be an idiotic and quite inappropriate question wouldn,t it....I can also assure you that I will find Mr Terry Wright aswell...so you can let him know
