the only thing i didnt have the intellectual capacity for was to be that nieve to get duped by a fraudster by you and get myself involved with parts of the uk sipp sector that despite warnings from the regulator for several years has continued to do business with the likes of you....two points of.which I will resolve...i can assure you that either the sipp operator or martin & clews will return my money...and I hope for your sake that it doesnt end up with me gwetting on a plane to Spain..I have spoken to about 100 hundred people who have invested in this farce via many different means..some of them directly to your company and none of whom have had their money back....investment sums range from £5,000 to sums in the hundreds of thousands....and all you have got to show for this is a piece of wasteland with some defunct vineyards on....I would ask what you have spent all this money on for the past 7years..but it would of course be an idiotic and quite inappropriate question wouldn,t it....I can also assure you that I will find Mr Terry Wright aswell...so you can let him know

Look, I am not Eduardo Martin!!!!!!

If you want to know how and where the money has been spent, then why don't you pay a proper visit and ask Eduardo yourself but you would have to be in a mindset to both look and listen to the information presented to you. However, judging by the tone of your comments i doubt very much whether you would be prepared to keep an open mind. After all the persons who beat the drum the loudest don't usually make the best sound, do they!

100 people eh? mmm and I thought April 1st had passed us by for this year. Obviously not!

Can we do that via email?
How about getting him on this forum and asking directly?

If it appears i have a lot to say it is because I spent a great deal of time looking into this project and keeping abreast of developments for the past 7 years. I come from both a scientific and engineering background, so it is part of my nature to research matters thoroughly before drawing my own conclusions. I do not let my emotions govern my reactions and I'm always careful only to mention the facts and information I have verified with my own eyes. Just because you have received a delay in the return of your money on this occasion is not indicative that it won't be returned to you as soon as the Company is in the financial position to do so. As in any development project, the developer only receives his profit at the back end when construction begins. Just because you want it now won't make it happen any quicker. Delays happen in all walks of life - it's a fact that we all have to face up to at some point or other.

The message you convey is really contradictory: One the hand, you say Los Pandos is scam and on the other you expect your money to be returned from the very same Company you accuse of being behind it! Scammers take your money and run - they don't send out regular updates and provide detailed facts about the progress of their project all of which can be easily verified because it is now in the public domain.

Indeed I have just transferred my own pension into a new SIPP company who have not, until now, had any exposure to Los Pandos. As part of their due diligence requested under the FCA guidelines, this SIPP company undertook extensive research into the Company and the project to satisfy their own requirements.

Whether or not your own personal circumstances were such that a non-standard SIPP investment was appropriate for you originally is not part of the debate here and we must not confuse this aspect with the viability of the investment itself.

So whilst, like you, I am waiting for monies to be returned, I am remaining relaxed whilst you are clearly getting into a lather.

And let us remember that, in life, the optimist and the pessimist both end up at the same destination, but the optimist has a lot more fun and far less stress on the journey!

Wow. You would think that just a little bit of due diligence and they would run a mile. Who are they.......I would also like a new home for my SIPP investments.

  • I am not an investor, but i wonder if Mr Eduardo Brotons and Mr Michael Clews would be willing to meet their UK investors in Cheshire, to give reassurances in person?

and let me be clear on another factual point..if there are any sipp providers who are still using the los pandos development in their portfolios they will be breaking the regulators rules..i have checked with the four most reputable sipp providers in the uk who told me that they would not touch this with a bargepole...fact! its only dodgy sipp providers who are overweighted with ucis that have ever touched this....providers who have dismissed a requirement to perform due diligence
