I can assure you Clews and Martin have spent every last penny - they love to dress up the fact that they made bad business decisions and the climates etc - its all stalling - they used a few people to write such things too..

So much that they didn't pay the staff working for them as !!!! hit the fan for them

There are so many ins and outs of it all - It is worth putting to bed - I am still trying to.

Although M&C are now only communicating with investors on their terms, I still get a newsletter in which they say that they hope to reimburse the investors but not until the Los Pandos project is up and running, and the major delay at the moment is getting approval for the project from regional government.

Someone earlier in this thread said that Mike Clews is no longer in Spain, which would tally with his apparent absence from recent M&C communications, but Eduardo Martin considers himself to be an honourable man who will strive to reimburse those people who have, and have put (by investing), faith in him.

Hello Jim, I hope with regards to Mr Martin's comments you are taking them with a large pinch of salt. As regards to Mike Clews - He is still very much in Spain.

The reports (updates) from M&C are getting moe turgid to read - they're clearly being written by a non-native English speaker who would rather use the word comestible than the word food, and he has never heard of the Crystal Clear (Plain English) mark.

If Mike Clews is still in Spain, is he still working for Martin & Clews?

I invested solely in the Los Pandos Vineyard - does M&C still own it or do you know how I could find out who owns it? (I don't speak Spanish, by the way.)
