After considerable research - The Spanish public gazette has added a new document recently against the developers 'Martin and Clews SL' . There are a number of great reads listed regarding this - But what is interested is that they are being sued for the 'fruits of their economic activity'.

Will this be good news for investors or just the ex staff of the company - I do not know, but just to let people know this information has been published on the 4th July so ongoing attempts to resolve issues continue.

Would like to hear some more words of wisdom from "truth be told"according to his teaching's I should have had all my investment returned last year, oh sorry my mistake the latest statement from Martin and Clews inform's me it will be last quarter this year so excited in time for Santa,sadly we all know our money is long gone ,just hope the people involved in this get taste of what it is like someday.

I have had the latest November news letter, the previous one said that that the plan was to return the money by the end of 2016...looks like i will have to take the suicide option for old age then as the pension is gone....

oh well that will learn me... i want other to learn too before the final curtain..good job i have no dependants...
