  • All the best for 2017 to everyone who has had the misfortune to have put money into this ,another update just before Xmas usual rubbish ,thanking us for our patience ,in march 2017 it'll 7 year's my wife and I put our hard earned cash into this ,Stadia Trustees wish I had never seen the advert now taken over Mattolia Wood still waiting to here from them ???.
Hopefully 2017 will see an outcome to this ,although I doubt it going to haunt us for many more year's .
  • Yes I too received the latest newsletter they don't even give a vague date for when the money will be returned. I dont even want the interest now. I dont have a pension now to live on into old age so I have nothing to lose.
  • I have read this blog, but can anyone tell me if they have had any money back, from the M&C, or the FCA?

If it's an unregulated investment overseas why would the FCA be involved?
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

They would be if UK regulated advisers had advised people to invest in it.

I can't see any sign in a brief skim of the thread that this is the case, however. The answer to bighammo's question would seem to be "no, and nor is there any reason to expect any".
  • Won't let me post a link but have a look about One Stop Financial Services on the FCA site
