los pandos vineyard

Bad news re this investment. I have heard from some one in Spain that Los Pandos is finished. No official planning application has ever been submitted to any council and if it did it wouldn't fit in with the agreed local plans for Almansa.
The high speed rail link is over 30K away and has ever been planned to go any where near Los Pandos The local councillor who Clews was dealing with has been removed from office.
Its also questionable if the vine yard has produced any win in the past ten years? Its easy to stick labels on bottles as a give away. And Mr Martin has gone very very quiet. Probably because all his papers and accounts have been seized by the Agencia Tributaria Spanish Tax Fraud Agency.
Maybe some of the English Sipps Companies would like share what they know? Your due diligence is non existent or you are knowingly implicated is a massive scam.
form an investors view and a lot of research the money is lost.0 -
And that's why the updates have slowed down to nothing. Martin and Clews have run out of excuses and investors money. I hope Senor Martin is reading this and will come clean because he is no longer answering emails. Think Spanish Tax Fraud Agency will put him away for a long time.0

Just a general comment but i have family living in Spain and it is clear that much of the country, especially the Costas, are simply rampant with top down corruption and black money. When you go on holiday a good proportion of those people in fast cars, nice yachts and sporting bling in dumps like Marbella have made it through crime and corruption.
It is sad to read of people who are likely to loose what for them may be big money and the chances of the instigators being brought to justice, slim.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0 -
Hello All
Just been reading through the thread. I have a SIPP with Stadia that was originally sold by Financial planning for retirement. I spoke to Stadia a few weeks ago as my 3 years is up and i wanted to transfer it out. But the issue is you cant transfer it to a pension provider it has to be another SIPP - who are obvisouly NOT going to touch it!!
Luckily mine was only a pension fund and not savings, but they are eating £900 a year of this and its obviously going to be gone. So ill have to start my pension fund again!
I fell for it only because I was given £1000 to transfer my funds, as I was unemployed at the time and needed the money.....so got me while I was down!
But Stadia take my £900 from my pension fund so where is this coming from if this pot of money doesnt exsist any more. So they must be involved in the scam too?
But having read through this thread ive just called them again and they said that they are waiting on the los pandos investment details to come back?
If anyone does know of anything we can do as a group of people, then I would be happy to join and help??
But for the moment im going to right this off as a bad joke :-(0 -

From the last news letter it appears that Martin and Clews are more intent on issuing legal proceedings against people posting info on forums than returning money to investors. Now that's shamefull. The news letters are sent out by Martin and Clews but there is never any hard core or documentary evidence to back the claims made in them. Information I received from a Spanish contact cotradicts all Martin and clews are saying re planning applications.0

I have emailed Martin and Clews to ask for any documentary evidence regarding the claims they are making. Its interesting Deloit are denying any involvement with Los Pandos0

I contacted delloitte six months ago and spoke to their representative in spain. They are not involved in this project. I have also had a conversation with Eduardo Martin following the latest report and his claims that comments made on line by disgruntled investors is harming the investment. His comments with regards to getting solicitors to deal with this are transparent. I told Eduardo that I welcomed any legal confrontation. It is Eduardo who is manipulating the situation by trying to get disgruntled investors to shut up. This is a ponzi scam and has been going on for years. I have found information making the same planning permission claims from ten years ago. Martin & Clews have no money and are trying to get more peopole to invest to invest to repay what they owe...the result being that more unfortunate people will just be out of pocket. Ask Eduardo where Mike Clews his partner is and he will ignore you...try it lol. Its a sham and always has been.0

Somebody in the spanish legal system should stop this once and for all! and as for all the companies that were promoting this for peoples pensions, well close them down!!!0
