I'm really sorry to say this but from the outside the waters seem very clear: you are not going to get your money back.
And be VERY careful, it can be easy to be scammed out of further amounts of money at this stage.
Do NOT part with any more money to anyone/companies saying that for a fee they can guarantee your money back!0 -
This can still be invested in ....

the money was released from the UK....the face have no control over where nor when the money was released...the issue is the money was released from the trustees companies who did no due diligence on the investment...the money wwas forwarded to a martin and clews account then transferred to accounts held by the criminals running this scam. The SIPP providers are in for a very sharp shock soon as the business model they have all been using is inadequate and has thusfar been unregulated. Therefore the SIPP providers have been able to do whatever they want....and take no responsibility for anything...yet think they can charge nieve investors a fortune for this pleasure. Its an utter joke from beginning to end..a joke that has been able to go on for way too long. If anybody hasnt already I would get a complaint in quick with the ombudsman. Take a look at !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and https://www.citywire.co.uk and read the articles with regards to current clampdowns on SIPP providers. The FCA have been issueing warnings to the SIPP providers for 2years and none of them seem to have done a thing. Typical pension companies thinking they can do whatever they want and nodoy can say a thing. Well I have been fighting my SIPP provider for 30months with the FCA and there time is about up!0

"Fixed returns between 30% and 39%". Sounds almost too good to be true.0 -
Martin and Clews used a firm called One Stop Financial Services also with dealings in Los Pandos. The have since been subject to dealings with FCA for mis selling unregulated investments into SIPP funds.0

An interesting thread - would almost be funny if it wasnt for the realisation that some of those caught out could probably ill afford the loss. Why did people not smell a rat when they were offered over 10% return/anum at a time when the going rate was only 3 or 4% ??!!0

Anybody had any further regular contact from Stadia Trustees lately?0

I have received two emails this week One is from Martin Clews re more information going to released soon ( I cant wait for the next load of crap) and the other one is slightly more interesting from a Spanish reporter who is investigating Los Pandos and who has apparently "useful information" who works and based in Almansa in Spain, mailed back but not had a reply yet.
The time is coming soon when Stadia will send me another account for their fees for managing my fund along with some other projected figures produced in a very expensive office on a very expensive computor by some one who hasn't a clue where Spain is telling me how well my fund is going! strangely and this may come as shock to Stadia, I dont have the money! Band 3 NHS. £18k per year Tough choice, feed my children and pay my mortgage or pay Stadia? Answers on a post card please?
Will keep you posted:mad::mad::mad:0 -

Any one know if this company was owned by the one and only Mr Terry Wright who set up Planning For Retirement and Swiss Capita?
