    would these work?
    not on ss

Tesco Finest Beef Burgers 454G £2.12
ASDA Quarter pounder Beef Burgers (454g) £3.00
    DTD £1.76
    £1.24 cost

    1) They are cheaper in Mr Ts... so no DTD.
    2) Tesco finest compares to asda "extra"

What's the situation with the butchers choice sausages? I searched the ASDA website but can only find frozen ones on there, whilst the tesco ones are fresh.

So why do you need to bother keeping up with this thread? You do your £100 DTD (which is just as cheeky as doing £500 DTD) and then what? Continue following the thread? Why not just come back next month to see what deals are on offer when you're able to do another £100 DTD? Either you need to get a life or else you are telling porkies. No insult intended.

That came across as pretty rude, in fairness. The "get a life" bit was totally unnecessary and you are the sort of person that makes it impossible to debate anything on here, without people getting out of their prams. The OP was not rude and put his/her point across in a fairly reasonable manner, always relating to his/her own thoughts and not casting aspersions, or insults.

Why can't somebody continue to read the thread, even after reaching £100 limit for the month?

Plus, I completely disagree with the "just as cheeky as £500" bit..........£100 is within the T's and C's, whereas £500 is not in the "spirit" of the promotion and borderline fraudulent.

I shall comment no further on the matter, but try to have a think about what you've actually written and how that might be perceived.

'no insult intended' kinda works like 'i'm not being sexist but....'

I do agree with you for the most part, especially the s/s being seen in internal meetings. However, with the greatest respect to Tesco staff on the shop floor, most of whom go into a panic when they see a voucher, I can't imagine the terror a s/s would hold for them. I am number phobic & s/s phobic. I will be amazed if the s/s is being sent to people as is...but then, I can be easily amazed. :D

Just as an aside, I don't understand how people get to hear and see what staff are doing...I must be going around in blinkers and ear defenders because I never notice anything!!

I agree, it's simply not practical for them to be able to use the spreadsheet daily, for a number of reasons, but certainly it could be used in meetings, to highlight the lengths people go to. As somebody pointed out, they only need to make sure you use a clubcard to receive the vouchers and everything's trackable!

I pay no attention to the staff at all, in fairness. That's because I know i'm within the realms of the T's and C's in the promotion, so I couldn't care less how many people they have at the till, or how much they scrutinise my shopping :)

Ok.... just to again stress i'm not looking to cause trouble (thanks reevetard for your support), i just think it's important that people have an understand of what they are doing, that is all. And this is the last time i will try and get this across (to be honest i think it would be better if there was a disclaimer on the first page). I am genuinely concerned that people don't realise what they are doing, why it could be seen as 'wrong' and think it is in their best interests to sit down and think.

I have a life thank you. I also believe in giving good advice to others so that they can have a better life. I read these pages because they interest me, and I also will continue to use DTD, so this is useful. Not that I need to justify this or explain myself. I am also not lying about my bad experience, i have nothing to gain by making it up, I just don't want other people to go through the same.

I understand the t's and c's. I understand each household can have up to £100 worth of vouchers per month. I know it is at the discretion of the store as to whether they accept them or not, and they can refuse if they believe they have been gained against the spirit of the deal.

This is completely different to purposefully creating multiple addresses to bypass an enforced (albeit lax) restriction that has been put in place.

This is where I sign off, good luck to all that benefit from this promotion, and long may it continue.

£100 of recycling from a list isnt in the spirit of things either so in fairness his comment was correct...

too many people trying to be morally better than others on here when there doing the exact same.. its actually comical...
