I totally concur with this and just don't understand why they don't spend more of their time reassessing the IB claimants who have been "left alone for years" rather than keeping on reviewing the recent ESA claimants who have gone through the really stringent tests - it is crazy.

I have near the begining of the thread and then other posters quoted the criteria for IS and asked if you fitted it but you have ignored us all.

I have given the OP all of the relevant information he needs in order to decide for himself if he fits into the IS category or not.
The OP asked for advice, and not to have to justify to you what he thinks or believes.

He has been given the tools so let him use them. If he has a further problem, no doubt he will ask again.

This is the regular troll OP, ignore it.

I did in post asking under what criteria are you planning to ckaim IS but it seems to have disapeared, I will text the mod to see where it went.

anyway thanks for your help lets hope the PHI pays out then i wont need any benefit which will be a weight off my mind
