    have i said something wrong

Yes. You have no grasp of the benefits system but expect to be able to dictate to those who do how much information they need in order to advise you.

You think you have the knowledge to decide what you need to reveal yet you do not have the knowledge to answer your own question?

Pease feel free to visit http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ to bypass the annoyance of being asked questions you know you don't have to answer.

Am I arrogant? No, but I realise I can come across that way sometimes- no apology.

who said i was going to close our ESA claim
Okay Dave let's do this the simple way!

At this moment in time your benefits consists of: Income related ESA, Carers allowance. There has also been a few posts nattering on about you getting a PHI of £1600 per month

You think you will get Income support on top of this, really?! Let's quash this thread finally you won't! You and your wife are not eligible to claim Income support whilst you are claiming ESA. You can no longer claim Income support on the basis of sickness, that is the simple reason as to why you are on ESA.

Income support funnily enough will take into account all the income you have coming into your household (so working on your fairytale scenario) they would deduct CA, then they would deduct your PHI, then funnily enough they would deduct your ESA so out of all that lot how much Income support do you think you will be left with. Nil/zilch/nada/not a bean.

In your original post you go on about wanting to be left in peace, guess what Dave if you have no intention of closing your ESA claim down ATOS will and can do call you for your medicals as and when they like. When you get state money you are agreeing to play by their rules, don't like their rules simplez don't claim.

From your previous posts you claim from the state:
    DLA - middle rate care
    DLA - high rate mobility
    Income related ESA - WRG
    SMI
    CTB
    3x CTC
    3x CB
    Carers allowance.

So do us all a favour and stop playing silly games.
    *SIGH*

hi thanks for that as you say friendly help is not one of his forums strong points so thank-you. ive been getting Esa for about 2 and a half years now falled the first medical went to appeal and won and placed in the wrg then 4 month later had to go for another medical which they did a home visit which i passed and was put in the wrg done all six pathways to work and they said they could not find me a job due to my illness. Then last week got questionair to filll out about my condition and as we all no once ive filled that in i will have to attend another medical what more do they want from me. at rhe moment IS seems the dare i say it the easier option.

I've got no connection with it, and it does cost approx £20 per year, but this forum has got an excellent reputation for help with ESA/DLA:

Their mods are all experienced with disability and claims etc.,

Persevere with the ESA, but try to get some help with the claims/assessments.

If you just want more support from fellow posters, then these forums are pretty much ok, and free to use:
