I have asked to join PAD thread, something to keep me focused.
I have listed 2 things on ebay, plenty more to go!
OH is around today, so probably wont achieve much but I will crack on the best I can.
Its all about focus and determination.
I have been invited out for some lunch tomorrow with a couple of mums but I am so worried about the money side of things. What to do what to do.
I want to sell DD's pram but on ebay its not going for very much, not sure what to do. Ive done the research but not sure where to go from here. Its in such good condition really dont want to 'give' it away.
Well must dash before OH catches me on here! xxx:j DMP started on 1st Oct 11 - 6 yrs 0 mths till DFD :jMay 2018 Debt free date - Mission to clear before!Depression is a challenge, Debt is a challenge and I have been given these challenges to be a stronger person. Hi Lost:wave:
Have you tried Gumtree to sell your pram or do you have a facebay in your area. I think these places are much better than ebay and you don't need to pay any fees. Good luck :beer:0 -

Hiya Lost
Well done on signature. You have achieved so much and most of all you now have your finances organised. You know what has to be done and you are doing it. Now to attack those CC's. You will do it. You are motivated, very determined and a lovely mam

Well I need to count up for my PAD as I have lots of change floating around, And then allocate it to the 3 envelopes. Not very happy with ebay as they have put a restriction on my account so I am only able to list about 10 items at a time because my seller performance is below standard all because people have marked me down on postage costs, I actually go by what royal mail say and weigh everything, I am so disheartened with Ebay. What do people want... check the postage before you bid dont down mark someone because the postage is high, speak to royal mail! Tell them to stop making the prices ridiculous!

Thank you so much for your kind words, I know its a long road yet but I am working towards it, just feel I keep having things thrown in my road to make it more challenging. Just need to keep strong and keep at it.
Hope you are ok! Thank you xx:j DMP started on 1st Oct 11 - 6 yrs 0 mths till DFD :jMay 2018 Debt free date - Mission to clear before!Depression is a challenge, Debt is a challenge and I have been given these challenges to be a stronger person. Focus and determination is the key with hard work!0 -
I tried ebay once. It was a complete disaster. I listed something starting at 99p. The bid was 99p and it was sold at that - fair enough. I checked Royal Mail postage and weighed it and everything and yet when I got to the post office it came to more than the website had said. After paying the extra and paying paypal fees I ended up with about 28p
I have never been near ebay since. I think I just don't get it.

I hope you don't mind me posting, didn't want to read and run but......WOW!!!
Lost you have come on leaps and bounds since your first post
It has made me smile and cry
Yes i have spent a whole day reading your diary, should have been ironing but hey ho! :rotfl:. I know you are still having your 'off' days, dont we all
, but you ARE motivated and you ARE a strong person
Your diary has given me a virtual kick up the @£$3
I am also on a DMP, but haven't seperated it from XOH yet i am now going to crack on and sort it out and i will be debt free a lot sooner :T
One thing i have noticed with a DMP is the allowances for food and clothes....to me they are over and above what i actually spend thanks to :money:so if you can reduce your food bills (it may take time) you ca have spare' money to treat yourself and DD
or to throw at the other CCs!!!! (not very good at explaining myself , hope you understand that) x
Hope i haven't waffled
Have a fab day
Twiz x0
