It is a charge, but you can only claim six years back. So you've left it some two months too late.cybershot wrote:between jan 2 2001- feb 2nd 2001 . i have 3 referral fees on my account of £25 each time = £75 for the month can i claim this back??? as it does not say charge but a fee??.
Maybe you can claim the £14 (but not the interest) from March 2001 back (if you get your skates on). But is it worth it?0 -

In this case the bank are correct. You are paying for a premium type of account, and cannot claim back this service fee.How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Please can someone advise.
Ive just received a wad of statements from NatWest (A summary would have been nice). Because I spend a lot of time abroad, Ive incurred lots of charges over the last few years. 2 X Examples from my statements are as follows...
1. Withdrawal from ATM in Belgium
Cash Withdrawal Eur 250
Charge £4.00
Withdrawn £188.72
2. Card transaction in Holland
Eur 40.57
Charge £0.75
Withdrawn £30.97
Can I claim these charges back?
Thanks for any advise...
