I'm glad you agree.
The sandwich is made freshly in front of you.
Because a micrwave is an essential piece of equipment in any kitchen?
Yes we agree it's assembled from precooked crap in front of you and then reheated in a microwave oven...which is not an essential in any kitchen...do you really believe that?0 -
Denial99 - im sure you didnt just join the forum to discuss Bk?
Comments such as "what crap some people write" is not exactly getting off to a good start is it?
I think you will find that each and every person on this site is entitled to have their own opinion so I thank you to keep your rude comments to yourself!
Also , seeing as how you proclaim to know so much about BK you would like to link us to your source of info.....The loopy one has gone :j0 -
Not sure what point you're trying to make.
I have posted no information about BK that would require sourcing.
Ermmmm...maybe it was THIS :Whether a restaurant is a franchise or not is irrelevant. Franchisees have signed a franchise agreement and are required to operate their restaurant using specified systems and standards. With the exception of priciing, menu options and HR policies, the processes will remain the same. The loopy one has gone :j0 -
Well, the one where I worked it was a massive machine with flames underneath and a conveyor belt running through it. It was covered so customers wouldn't have seen the cooking.
This is what they have in my local BK. (or at least they did the last time I went).
They have a microwave too, to get burgers up to temperature before serving.
Personally, I thought the idea of putting the burgers in the microwave was also to melt the cheese?0 -

I worked in a chip shop YEARS ago and we would have put burgers in the micro for 10 seconds but this was merely to heat the BAP .
Maybe this is what the OP saw the "chef" in BK doing? The loopy one has gone :j0 -

As I've said a couple of times, this is exactly what they do.0 -

Im not going to argue the point any further with you.
I have already said that my Daughter works in BK CURRENTLY and is adament that the burgers are not heated up....but if you chose not to believe me then that is your own choice.
Me personally....well lets just say that I have no reason to believe that my own Daughter would lie!
So....lets just leave it at that. The loopy one has gone :j0 -

That is in that specific BK, I think that point was made too.
In most others it seems to be different.0 -

next time you are in a supermarket look at the "fresh" meet and "fish" it sometimes says freezable this means its been frozen, defrosted under correct condtionions and classed as fresh. Even veg, M&S do a roast potato dish that says on the back not to be frozen0 -

You should consider yourself lucky, when I went to the Manchester Airport one I got to the front of one of the (very long) queues, and then the girl darted behind the cooker as if she needed to get something and never came back. After 10 minutes of us all standing there we asked the manager where the girl was and he said she'd gone home. Who knows how long he'd have just ignored a queue of 50 people waiting at a closed till.0
