Morning all!!
Big hugs to those feeling sad, my deepest sympathies :grouphug:
I agree about the sunset!! I left the house to go the the dreaded W*** and the sky was the most beaufitul shade of orange, and the light seemed erie. Very cool! (then was suddenly hit with how cold it was and the frost on the ground - nearly Dec!!!!)
Last day at w*** today before my weekend away with OH, going to Lindisfarne! So much frantic last minute making of soup and stew and bread when I get home from work.... Ah well, we'll appreciate it when the tide comes in and the island is cut off!
Hope everyone has a nice day!

Good morning everyone!
I am barely awake, but the beds are made and the house is relatively tidy because I’m rushing out this morning. There's already a gammon in the slow cooker for tea…..that's a mega achievement for me at this time of the morning!
While I'm out I might manage to pick up another few bits and pieces for Christmas. I have to look out for an electric razor for my elder son as he’s been borrowing Mr Pink's a lot recently and Mr Pink is not a happy man when he can’t find his razor in the morning. Ds is only 12 (13 in a couple of weeks) but needs to shave every few days. How did that happen? He was my baby just a few years ago.
Bargain Rzl, I'm glad yesterday went as well as could be expected.
gingin, I hope your girlie day out helps to take your mind off it all a bit.
squeaky, good luck with your freecycling.
Happy Birthday Miss Peem
Okay, I have to run….
Have a good Thursday everybody!

Morning All
My thanks button has gone awol so good morning to all.
Today I need to go and retreive my keys from the Nursery that the toddler group is held at doh they must have fallen out of my pocket yesterday.
After that its a trip round Ormskirk Market and into Aldi there.
This afternoon I'm going to give the Living room a good going over in preparation for Xmas, my aim is to do a room a day until they are finished. No doubt I will have take hours with my little helper but never mind.
Have a good day everyoneSorting my life out one day at a time0 -
Good morning everyone!
Lovely bright morning here, which does make me feel a tad more energetic, but let's see if it lasts!
AussieLass, I'm going to the hairdresser this afternoon, and I'm definitely hoping for miracles!!:D2 stones lighter and 5 years younger will do!!:rotfl: :rotfl: (don't want to be greedy you understand)
Oh squeaky, did feel for you! I take rubbish round to the bin in the dark as little as possible. I'm not a big boy and I am afraid of the dark, but the worst I've encountered is "crunching" my way round on snails!! Very unpleasant, but at least you know you've done it and don't go spreading it all around indoors!!!!
Not making too many set plans for today, I seem to fail miserably each time, which is depressing, so I'll just say I'm hoping to make progress on the laundry and tidying front!:D Oh and I have to pop out and MAY visit a Lidl's for the first time ever. See what all you folks rave about!
Hope you all have productive days, and if you enjoy them so much the better. ((((hugs)))) to all who need them.
Take care, CMxYou never get a second chance to make a first impression.0 -

Hi all
I'm in a grump today, not sure why! Probably PMS. I'm like a bear with a sore head. It's busy in work though so that should keep me occupied
Cooked the weekabix cake last night, it's very nice but I ate too much of it and I'm regretting it now.
Xmas shopping for me later, I want to get as much of it finished by the end of this weekend as is physically possible. I hate crowds, I hate xmas records in all the shops ALL the time, I hate queing, I hate trying to find a parking space....
Did I mention that I was in a grump? :rotfl:
Hope everybody has a good day. :grouphug: to all that needs them, me included!
