Well it was nearly all over with Mr G this weekend. A "family argument" and all hell broke loose. We have managed to patch it up so will just work to strenghten it again. We have had rough times before so we should see our way through this.

Earned a £5 Amazon voucher from Swagbucks :j my first one :T

It is a beautiful day here and I am so warm in the house :)

£1.30 to PAD today. Some change for sealed pot :)

I have changed my monthly PAD target. Originally it was £51.39 per month to make up the monthly loan payment to £200. I thought I might struggle with that but I have surpassed it each month since I started (August being month 4) so I feel I should up the target to give myself more of a challenge. New target is £81.39 which, with the loan payment, comes to £230 per month. I'll see how that goes for a bit ;) Well on track for this month. I PAD payday to payday so just a few ££s to get me over the £80 by Friday. I have some £2 coins ready to PAD on Thursday so secretly I know already that I have beaten the target this month even although I only upped it today!

Just going to watch the soaps with LM now :D

Nice to "see" you mummy :D

We had our pizza last night - yum!! We also had half a bottle of pepsi and a whole tub of candyfloss between us so by the time it came to ice cream time we were too full!

£21.20 to PAD today, rounding down the accounts for payday tomorrow :) £1 odds went in sealed pot yesterday.

    Have a good day everyone.

Wow GAP! Your PAD payments are doing really well. I think this is something I should definitely look into doing....seems to make all the difference!
Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...

Thank you loumac. I am absolutely loving PAD. It is making a huge difference to me. It is so addictive as well. I said earlier on the PAD thread that I wish I had discovered it years ago. I love having the amounts in my signature as well, as I update them every time I PAD so I can see them going up. I update my loan amount every time I have made my normal montly payment (6th of the month) so I can see that coming down too :D

I don't normally PAD huge amounts just a £1 or so every day and if I get extra money (tax credit payment that I had been underpaid) then I add that in too. Mr G is giving me money every Friday since he has moved in so I have been using a little of that too this month. Also I have been saving £2 coins separately so I have added them into today's PAD. I round my payments up on payday to even the montly payment out.

I would recommend PAD to everyone and they are a friendly bunch over there!

I strongly recommend PAD as a way of making payments without thinking about it. I have found it helps stop me frittering money too.

I must be over £10,000 in PADs now since November 2009 as I cleared £9,200 of debt to become debt-free and have been saving to savings acccounts and now to repay my car.

If you had asked me before then if I had a spare £5,000 per year I would have laughed in your face :D
