If I am being very savvy then I will reuse wax a few times in that way and then once the scent eventually runs out, I use a little glass jar of smelling oils, lavender e.t.c to add just a drop or two to the wax and it lasts a few more meltings aswellBankruptcy Supporters Club No.1790

If anybody uses the baby powder wax tarts, the refresher oil in Dunh*lm smells almost the same and I just keep adding oil to the original tart I bought two years ago... Still does the job0

love em, but, how long do you leave them burning for? Do you let them burn all evening or just for a few minutes to scent the room? I smelt (smelled?) some lovely ones today but they were way out of my price range, birthday coming up soon so might get one then but would want to make it last as long as possible.0

could you not look into making your own if you are really into them?Opinion on everything, knowledge of nothing.0

I love them, how long I keep then burning depends on how expensive they were, I have a Yankie Candle I was given as a present so only lit it occasionally but I have cheepie poundland ones that I let burn all evening or as long as they last.Slimming World at target0

I love them, especially the vanilla/citrus smelling ones, much better than the artificial smelling sprays and plug-in thingys you get.
I probably burn them for about an hour at a time and open all the room doors so that it drifts through the house.
I found some Gl@de ones at a much reduced price in Home Bargains that have kept me going for a whileJan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £0 -
I love them. My favourite ones are vanilla smelling ones. I dont like the cheap ones though as i find they give off a lot of smoke, burn really quickly and some of the flowery ones smell of wee.:DThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. I love yankie candles and trapp candles but they are very expensive so normally i only get as gifts. I usually only tend to burn them for a couple of hours and only if i have visitors coming or on the odd occasion i have the house to myself....very relaxingWe are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars

Love them :-)
Got loads of the Ikea scented tealights, they have a lovely soft smell. Also have some of the Yankee tealights that I got free, 6 of them. Had them in the same wrapping for a few weeks now, so they all kinda smell the same now lol xCan't think of anything smart to put here...0 -
I love them. I tend to buy them from TK Maxx, only after a huge sniffing session! I leave them to burn for ages because I forget about them, but they're my luxury. And incense sticks, I like those too. I only buy Stamford ones though, some of the others I've tried are a bit nasty smelling.
I do like the diffusers, great as we have dogs. The only problem is that they're sealed up in TK Maxx so it's a bit of a gamble what you end up with! Mimosa has proved a hit mind you, and bergamot in the hallway.0
