yes they did manage, by having to rely on friends, family,neighbours, the internet has helped by giving them something they didnt have when it came to shopping, its called 'independence'

When they complain at half 9 on a Sunday evening and complain when they haven't had a reply in 23 minutes from an official response, then accuse the company of randomly posting to threads even though the next day a pretty much flawless response was given with no apology from the accusations the poster made the previous day then no!

This poster then goes on to make remarks of how they think their thread is ranking in search rankings damaging a companies reputation with glee by the looks of it without the slightest acknowledgement of the companies response. And you wonder why they're being shot down?????? Doesn't take much to work that out surely does it?

Tbh I think your post was more unbelievable than anything!

hopefully the issue has been resolved with littlewoods now.
what i find unbelievable is the personal attacks on the op.they didnt ask for a personal opinion of buying online,or reasons for doing so.

But they did moan that 30 mins after they had posted the Littlewoods rep had not replied..

Given that it was 9:30 on a sunday eve do you think they should have? Or was it more reasonable to expect an answer on the monday?
