Are you really bored?
Jane Eyre's on in a few minutes. Watch that. Read...ride a bike. Anything but post.0 -
Should have gone to Old Style to learn how to make some handmade chocolates for thruppence - and crafted your own card using only recyclable materials from your own garden.0

I'd love to, but you'd get annoyed that I wasn't responding quickly enough.
Are you going to answer my questions?0 -

please join my facebook group and spread the word. just search 'littlewoods ruined our mothers day'
Don't you think this is a tad dramatic saying that littlewoods ruined our mothers day?
Yes you and she must be a little disappointed and annoyed but ruined?
Let me tell you what ruined is.
Having your son blown up by a car bomb......that would ruin my mother's day.
Worrying myself sick over my son / daughter who was serving in a conflict zone.....might have other things on my mind other than wondering if flowers will come.
Knowing I'll never see my son / daughter again because they disobeyed the natural order of things and died before me. Now that really would ruin my day.2014 Target;

Oh jesus, I've just remembered why I stopped posting here anymore.0

Come off it - while it's poor service that they let you down, do you really expect a company rep to be on here 24/7?0
-
yes on the scale of things i can see where you are coming from but for your information these flowers were supposed to be from my sister who is currently residing in Japan and thankfully safe, but 2 weeks following the tsunami and earthquake my mum hadnt heard from her for 72hours and didnt know of her where abouts. Im sure my mum would want nothing more than for her to fly home.this years gift would have been particularly special. granted we should be grateful that for the time being she is safe and in future possibly not rely on online sites.0

nobody except you seems to be on here 24/7! with your really helpful remarks!!! mothers day isnt as important to some people as others. but this is a thread for vents.
Not quite 24/7, sorry to disappoint you, I merely signed on and read the thread. It was so good I've been gripped; had to keep coming back for more.
I have no problem with the original post. It's dreadful service to mess up mothers days deliveries. I would hope Littlewoods have the decency to apologise and offer something like flowers or a voucher as a recognition of the disappointment they've caused.
What is bizarre though is someone posting late on a Sunday evening and expecting a company representative to reply within 20 minutes. They must think there's a crack team of Littlewoods online reps, sitting overnight in their office, desperately trying to reply to online comments within minutes of them being posted.0 -

Is it because you can't answer the questions within 20 minutes?
Do you really expect a company rep to be on here 24/7?
Bye for now, I look forward to reading your response tomorrow.0
