I was going to order some flowers from you for my dear Mother on her special day,however i forgot.
May i please have fifty pounds aswell,and of course a reimbursment for the flowers that i forgot to order.

My mother didn't receive her flowers either.
I received a very polite phone call from Littlewoods this afternoon with a woman apologising profusely.
I have been given a £50 voucher code to use in the next 14 days.
I think it's fair to say I won't be using it to order flowers from them!
Overall, fairplay to Littlewoods a lot more companies could learn from their book on how to deal with a mistake.Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

However, the really good news is that this thread is 8th on the google page if you search for 'Littlewoods mothers day'
