  • Flowers, Bubbly, Chocolate and Card, DELIVERED A DAY LATE! Also, MESSAGE ON CARD LEFT BLANK!!! Recipient had no idea who sent them!! Phoned complaint to customer service who promised to get back to me and didn't. Phoned twice more but totally dismissed!!! Emailed three times and totally IGNORED. APPALLINGLY RUDE! Totally UNRELIABLE and INCOMPETENT.
  • I placed an order with iflorist, as they seemed to be slightly more reasonable in price and have more variety of bouquets on same day delivery. I wanted to send a friend some flowers that day as she had had some bad news and I couldn't be with her. By 6pm that same day (Saturday) I hadn't heard anything from my friend and had not had a confirmation email to let me know they had been delivered from iflorist. I tried tracking them by calling their number on their site - no response, just instruction to contact them online. I emailed and left a message on their live chat - NO RESPONSE. I tried calling on the following Monday 'Euroflorist' - same thing, NO RESPONSE! They have taken the money out of my account and I can't find any way of getting hold of them to demand a refund. I tried calling the suggested numbers below too and the THEY ARE THIEVES. DO NOT EVER USE THESE CON ARTISTS.

I am reporting them to trading standards and suggest everyone else does the same.
  • Be careful where it says pick your delivery date because the delivery date is not the delivery date. The company seems to be able to understand the difference between what and delivery date is and what an estimated date of arrival is.

They handled my complaint about this poorly in my opinion.

The goods s are not value for money:

The vase at £4.95 is flimsy plastic.

The bunch of flowers themselves I could have got for £5 from Sainsbury's. This is an appalling Bunch for £28

The "luxury gift card" at £2.95 is a white piece of card printed with my message. I sent them a picture.

The 'tub' of retro sweets at £3.95 has a handful of sweets in it.
This is the worst florist service I have ever used in my life.

In response to my complaint they disagreed it was poor value for money. This is what they said....

“Having reviewed the image you have kindly provided, we can advise that the item delivered is within our expectations, having being made to excellent value and a great example of the kind of arrangements that our florists create.

As such, we are unable to proceed further with your complaint. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause."

So I pointed out that to THEM it was value for money but not for me. Terrible, terrible company.

Such a shame that although this thread dates back to June 2011, it's still continuing now in December 2016. I guess it's human nature to think that buying a bunch of flowers surely doesn't merit going to all the effort of a Google search to find something like
    iflorist do not use them!!

because if folks did, then no-one would ever use 'em and they'd be out of business. (Though popping up again under another name, with lots and LOTS of suspiciously positive reviews on certain other websites. . . )

Still and all, every time this thread lengthens, its content gets picked up by the search engines, so if any consumer is willing to exercise some self-protection, then an online search will yield this latest comment update.

And maybe others will come to realise that if you want broken flowers with broken promises, use a flower broker. A broker like iFlorist. But if what you actually want are flowers as specified and promised, use a florist. There are, after all, enough of them around.
