Today I discovered that it is more frugal to buy a whole salmon (£15 from Mr T) and chop it up into portions to freeze - that will feed us for 8 meals. Much much cheaper than 3 for a tenner!
The fishmonger offered me the head but I didn't think you could make stock out of oily fish, has anyone tried it?0 -
Tumpty if you're online I've just sent to an apology pm......
Anyone else who wants/needs one just pm me or if you'd just like a corporate public one that's fine too...
But first can I go for my jog

seems like the Frugals are after me again for spending money yet others they turn a blind eye too..I'm not stupid. I know this thread is run by sectarianists... (known it since the cyber bullying of last year in fact
)
This thread is not about religion, nor has it ever been. Please do not bring things like this to the forum - feel free to believe in whatever, just don't expect everyone else to think the same. It feels like we're going round and round in circles. You don't like the thread? Hi everyone,
Had a fairly frugal day today, packed lunch at work and home made soup for dinner. I did pay 75p for a scone right enough, which isn't very moneysaving of me! And doesn't help with the waistline either!
Like some others, I've just watched Beyonce at Glastonbury on iplayer, and I must say, I'm motivated to get legs like those!!
Keep smiling xxAll you need is less0
