    Evening All

Been at mum's for the weekend. Good fun - 'specially as DH and I left the kids and managed to get into edinburgh by ourselves on saturday. It's good to have a break, even for just a couple of hours.

Wandered round Harvey Nichols and managed to get some christmas pressies in the food hall. I would just love to see DH's gran's face if she knew how much her tea and biscuits from HN were - "But I could get 10 of them down the market". But that's not the point, she is sooooo OS, it's nice to get her something like that for christmas.

I came on to sort out finances for the month (been dipping into the wrong pots recently - just need to move things around) and to plan for december. But the bank site can't give me a detailed statement at the mo.

Ho hum. S'pose I'll just wander round here then instead!

    Good to see you all.

Happy birthday Twink (that was today wasn't it - I've read so many days' threads at once that I could be getting confused)

    Hello everyone :)

Feeling rather tired tonight so I guess I'll be heading off to bed soon. Was a quick day at work - plenty to keep me busy. And guess what happened......I won the lottery!:D

So, okay, it wasn't a *huge* amount - but £70 isn't anything to be sorry about :j So was rather a nice start to the day!

Its been cold and wet and windy weather, and I think it's deciding to be the same again overnight  Am looking forward to putting up my decorations in work on friday, and possibly at home over the weekend, depending what mood I'm in :xmassmile

*hugs* to all - take or leave as you please :coffee: for everyone!

You dont have to thank everyone, unless you want to. Some people like to say thanks as a way of saying, 'i have read your post', some are thanking for a name check or a comment they appriciate. Its up to you!!!!

I see, Thank You for the heads up
