    Morning all.

It's been a busy weekend with my charity committee meeting and some friends visiting from Germany. It's been great although I'm exhausted now!

No OS done all weekend, although I have to go home tonight and pick what's left on my chilli plants as the frost has gotten to them.

(((HUGS))) to everyone and I hope it will be a great week for everyone.
My Doctor told me that "1 out of 3 people who start smoking will eventually die." The other two apparently became immortal.

After feeling so much better on Saturday, yesterday was AWFUL!!!!! I have given in and rung the Doctor, mine only works part time, so had to grovel for an appointment, have to go as 12.10 which means I might get out by 2pm!!!!!

Feel a bit better this morning, but a patterm seems to be developing, one good day, one bad........not eating too well either..... not looking forward to having to do a big shop this week, but I have a load of vouchers I want to use and I cannot use them on the internet, would still have to go and do some shopping anyway. Planning on going on Thursday......if I feel ok.

Very wet and windy night......woke me up battering against the window.....sun out now, but still quite blowy. Have washing to dry, but its going in the dryer just have not got the energy and the way I feel the wind might blow me away!!!!

Got a talk with a ww lady later as they want me to consider being a leader, not sure about it, mind you the way I have been comfort eating through this move, I am no longer as slim as I was, the scales are packed so I have no Idea how much I have put on! But I need to start back on the old regieme again, god thats boring, I want to be able to eat what I like and still be slim! :p

    Big hugglies to you all,
    Pawpurrs x ;)
  • Morning everybody :hello:

    I'm BACK!

Haven't really had a chance to look back at the last few days' threads, though I did have a glance back at Thursday's - thank you everybody for the good luck messages for the move and the moral support after the death of my grandma. You are all :A .

Stupid BT can't connect my phone until the weekend after next  - supposedly it's a "busy time of year because of everybody wanting broadband for Christmas". So it's the work PC or nothing.

Move has gone well - I still haven't got any living-room furniture but all the kitchen is now in place :j :j as is my reeeeeally comfy new bed :D Rather than being "excited" about moving in, it was more the case that I walked in and knew it was "home" :). On the other hand, every time I go into the bathroom I get all excited cos I can't believe that a bathroom THAT fab is mine :D:oAncasta, I hope your move goes through soon! Might stress be contributing to your "women's problems"?

I wrote myself a long list yesterday of all the things I still need - and when I say need I mean NEED - for the flat, and I am hoping that if I get as good a deal as possible on all the essentials, I *might* just be able to afford a treat in the January sales - I want a decent TV for the living room (currently I've just got a cheapie 14" portable, but I'd really like a medium-sized flatscreen, probably a 26" one).

I'm only in the office two days this week, and four next - I was off already from Thursday through till Monday for a long-awaited opera trip to Cardiff with three friends, and now my grandma's funeral has been scheduled for Wednesday up near my aunt's cottage in the Northumberland countryside, so I'll be spending a lot of time on trains this week!

Must go, if I don't do some work I won't be very popular! And as my boss has been good enough to give me two days' extra paid leave (one for moving, the other for Grandma's funeral) I suppose I should show a bit of commitment to my job :o ...

See you later, love Rzl xx

    Hi everyone,

Not posted for a few days because I've been ill and not v Os. Nothing much just v tired a lot of the time.

Went to a spa with DD on Friday, had a lovely time except from having a call from dad to say that mum had ben taken into hospital with a bad angina attack. Luckily it was nothing worse and she's out again. They live 200 miles away so it's difficult. I don't know which is worse, trying to deal with everything from a distance or having parents close by and being at their beck and call constantly.

Managed to clean the whole of the downstairs yesterday, including clearing a hot spot in the kitchen. DH also did al the ironing.

    Weight watchers tonight.
  • Morning everyone and a special welcome to embb

Had a good nights sleep last night, would have been better if it wasnt for a friend though. Her dad lives opposite, and he has cracked up, saying there is a space ship over the house, he was strocking his dead wives hair, and the night before, he went into another persons house, locked the door, and started ranting at the people who lived there. Yet no-one will do anything because they dont think he is a threat even though he attacked his son last night  So I was looking after her 6 month old last night till 11pm when then decided to be violently sick over me. Managed to get to sleep about 12 though.

Got to send a parcel on today for something sold on amazon, and go into town to get the last of the xmas prezzies, we have had to sell the car today because we cant afford the insurance at the moment, so god knows what we are going to do over xmas to get to family, they all live miles away.

Must get on with some washing, we have had a massive amount come through all of a sudden for some reason. Other than that, not much to do thank god.

Hope everyone has a good day, take care and wrap up warm xxx

  • Morning Guys!

I did type out a post earlier but it wiped off and was too tired to re-post. Have a letter waiting for me from my friend and am not sure that I want to read it, but know I have to.

Anyway, life goes on so will try and focus on getting on with my own struggles and woes.

Not feeling good today. OH had to help me out of bed as I had completely seized up. Missed my appointment at Kings College but consultant said I can go next week.

Waiting for WM man to come a fix the WM but the drum is knackered, so hopefully as I have extra insurance it will be a new one:confused: ...but we will wait and see.

DW has been on and needs emptying. OH has got perscriptions (truck load lol)...toilet cleaned. Sold another load of stuff on Ebay which need to be parcelled and sent off...will do that today hopefully. Have made £250 this month on stuff we had...really chuffed. Need to also make a shopping list and use some vouchers that I have...hoping to pay peanuts for Xmas shopping this year at Waitrose:D

DD was very happy as we popped to HardRock Cafe in Birmingham to buy her some drumsticks and a t-shirt...nearly fainted when the girl told me the price...but DD worth it and t-shirt looked wicked on her.

    Breakie: Beans on Toast
    Lunch: Chicken Roll
Dinner: Chicken Pie, Mash and veg

    Have a good day guys.

    PP
    xx
