I have made my claim through the small claims court for my bank charges of £3200 + interest and Lloydstsb have now put in a defense !! It cost me £250 to put the claim in but now the court want another £100 to fill in the questionairre!! has anyone else had this happen to them or am I the only one that lloydstsb are contesting ?? I will go ahead with it but it would be nice to know if anyone has had the this happen and what was the outcome!!!0

You need to pay a further £100 for claims over £1,500. This thread will help you with the AQ and read the guide in the Reclaim Help Thread, link in my signature.0

Just a query, how far in the future is it usual for the court date to be set once they've received the AQ?

Difficult to say exactly, depends on how busy the court is. Could be weeks, could be months.0 -
I am due to hand in an Allocation questionaire N150 to the Court on 28th Feb and Sect 'F' has me confused (ref: Proposed Directions). Can you advise how this should be completed?0

Have they actually filed a defence or have the just acknowledged claim. I am in same position with natwest, they filed their defence last week. It can take a while. Apparently the courts are inundated with claims, so they are back logged.:rotfl:"Penny Pinching Winch"
