can you help again, we filled in the allocation questionaire and got it into court in time after your help thanku.
then the news broke about the court cases and every thing went on hold.
we recieved a standard letter from the bank (barclays) stating that they were going to ask for a stay until the big case was settled.
at this point we had not heard from the courts, until today that is!!
they have now sent a letter saying that the descision is to "strike out as disclosing no reasonable grounds for bringing the claim.!!"
we have followed the forms and the instructions on your site and copied things where it says to put it a certain way, so i do not understand how they can decide this !
we have the right to appeal and have to fill in the necessery forms (dont know which they are !)and pay the fee required.
what do we do now
