I've just been transferred to Hull County Court (no date yet) against Abbey and the court has ordered (Quote) The filing of an allocation questionnaire be despensed with in this case unless the District Judge at court of transfer orders otherwise. What should I do? What does this indicate if anything?

That's good news. We had it dispensed too. It means less work for you and a potential £100 less to spend before the case is settled. Just sit tight until you get a court date or an offer from your bank, whatever happens sooner. It will do no harm though to start getting your court bundle together in the mean time.

Hi could anyone help me please. I am taking HSBC to court they have put in a defence, i believe on The normal grounds that they are entitled to do it. But my problem is the court has sent me a Allocation Questionnaire to fill out

They say i have to pay £100 payable when i return this form, is this correct?

Also i am looking for some help, need to know how to fill in the form correctly and what words i should use, so the judge doesn't dismiss the case.

Should i get a solicitor to help with this or will i be ok on my own.

My claim is for nearly £4100.00

This is 1 of 2 claims i have filed against HSBC, as yet they haven't filed anything on the other one, and hoping they wont.

I have however just managed to get £700.00 of nationwide without going to court.:j

    Help please

I seriously need someones help here.

I have been issued to the local court stating that a Defence has been filed.

Included is an AQ, can someone please help me with some answers.

    1. Do you want permission to use and expert's report at the hearing??

    2. If yes, what will the expert's evidence deal with?

    3. Have you already obtained an expert report?
If yes, have you given a copy of that report to the other party?

    4. In addition to using an expert's report do you want your expert to attend the hearing and give evidence?

    5. If yes, give reasons why you think their attendace is necessary

    6. The court may order the appointment of a single expert who can be instructed by both parties. If you think this would be appropriate, please say why?

please please..... can anyone answer these questions for me and advise me what I should send in with this AQ..

Nervous wreck now.... Im in the point of backing out!!!!!!

Im trying to claim £190 from HSBC credit card

Thank you for anyone who can help..... :wall:

Don't fret. Rex Mundi advises to simply tick "No" for this section.

No you do NOT need to send any money if your claim is under £1,500 so you are fine.
