Hi I wondered if some one could advise me on what I should do, I have taken Barclays to court and received a notice of Transfer/proceedings, followed by a Allocation Questionnaire, I am completely overwhelmed by the questionnaire, I have been looking on the website for advice on how to fill it out, but I must be missing it could someone point me in the right direction.
It also says on the questionnaire about a fee and I must enclose it with the application, it does not say any where how much the fee is???
i would be really grateful if someone could help me.0 -

It's £100. This is part of your court fees, which the defendant will have to pay when you win.
Information on how to fill it out is in the Reclaim Bank Charges Help thread. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -

Hi could anyone help me please. I am taking HSBC to court they have put in a defence, i believe on The normal grounds that they are entitled to do it. But my problem is the court has sent me a Allocation Questionnaire to fill out
They say i have to pay £100 payable when i return this form, is this correct?
Also i am looking for some help, need to know how to fill in the form correctly and what words i should use, so the judge doesn't dismiss the case.
Should i get a solicitor to help with this or will i be ok on my own.
My claim is for nearly £4100.00
This is 1 of 2 claims i have filed against HSBC, as yet they haven't filed anything on the other one, and hoping they wont.
I have however just managed to get £700.00 of nationwide without going to court.:j
Help please

you need to sign up to the Consumer Action Group website (its free). There is a link at the bottom of Martin's original article on bank charges. You will find detailed guidance on there as to how to move forward.
Also, try ringing the bank now as they may settle before your A.Q. is due back at court!Got It & Spent It :dance:IKEA CARD = £120 charges = £175 received (146%)MARBLES = £450 charges = £370 received (82%)I.F. = £494 charges = £494 received (100%)CAPITAL ONE = £981 charges = £1,489.03 (152%)BARCLAYCARD = £580 charges = £786.12 (136%)On Hold :mad:A+L = £722 charges (target = 147%)BARCLAYS = £1,405 charges (target = 128%)BARCLAYS = £175 charges (target = 140%)ABBEY = £3,220 charges (target = 148%)0 -
Thank you very much.
So if i ring them up, what should i say to them? Not quite sure on how to put it.

I've just been transferred to Hull County Court (no date yet) against Abbey and the court has ordered (Quote) The filing of an allocation questionnaire be despensed with in this case unless the District Judge at court of transfer orders otherwise. What should I do? What does this indicate if anything?0
