Hi Ive just searches mcol for 'allocation questionnaire', It states if the aq is not returned by the due date the judge may:
    A. go ahead with the case without the information provided on youe aq, or
    b. Impose a sanction, which could be giving you a deadline to return your form, which you must comply with or the case may be struck off

Hope they are nice and understanding at my court!!

Hi just wondered if you sorted your AQ, took mine to court today and it was ok, she gave me a reciept, stamped it and that was all! Just await the date now.

First Direct have defended my claim against them, the court has been moved to , my claim £1,245 in total which cost me £120 to file  . The questionnaire fee is another £100 which I need to send back before 23rd April.

Do I get this cost back IF i win the case ? :j
Is this normal procedure and their delaying tactics on their part ?
What if i dont send it back , does it mean my case is thrown out ?
Has anyone heard of any cases at all which have actually made it to court

Appreciate the help here and Im sure there are others out there who will be in the same boat , Does anyone have any advice on this ?

Please please someone advise !!!

The Allocation Questionnaire is quite normal and you'll find a guide to filling it in the Reclaim Help Thread which is linked in my signature.

I would strongly suggest you do fill it in.

There is a guide to the AQ in the Reclaim Help Thread which is linked in my signature and if you give me a minute I'll pop your thread in one regarding the AQ with lots of questions and answers. Good luck and don't worry about it.
  • My Claim is for £1800 against the HSBC. I filed a claim with Money claim online who have now redirected my claim to my local County Court.
I have just recieved my Allocation Questionaire which I have been asked to fill in and send back with a £100 payment.
    Question?
    1. Do I still need to pay this amount as I have already payed £120 to Money claim online?
    2. Has anyone else had to go this far?
    3. This seems to be getting very scary now what happens next?
    4. Is there any help on line with filling in the Allocation Questionaire?

All Help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks. Alan
