Allocations Questionnaire

Hi,
I have entered a claim against Barclays and now they have entered a defence. Usual legal garp..I have the following quesitons.
1. I will take the Allocation questionnaire to Court tommorow. Do I have to pay another £100 and can I claim that back.
2. It says I can call a witness, can I call my local barclays Bank Manager or even the chairman of Barclays as a witness to explain how they come up with these charges/costs.
3. Can I calim for the time I have had to take off work to do this?
Many Thanks....
2nd of April....Went to local Court with AQ and they were really helpful...most of the info you need is on this thread and its pretty straight forward, as I am claiming over £1500 they asked for £100. I would encourage all to continue with this struggle....and don't give in....remember...Fight them on the beachs.!!!!!..or at least...get some money back to get a nice holiday to a beach....I will be sending my bank a postcard....!!!!!...may forget the stamp..!!!:beer:0 -

Why does !!!!!! Barclays always have to be the difficult ones?
Hi..as I have posted completed this QA and the Court was helpful..but all the info is on here....Barclays are indeed the worst and I'm shifting my account..all set up now and would encourage all Barclays slaves to do the rest...because we're certainly not valuable customers....I hate them so much...but disappointed in myself for not doing this sooner but at least I can warn my friends/family...not to have anything to do with Barclays.........0 -

I have got to the court stage with LloydsTSB and have done the claim 12Mar, which was served on 17th Mar and acknowledged by Lloyds on the 21st Mar saying that they intend to defend all the claim. However the courts have never yet asked me for a list of charges and I haven't received the Allocation questionnaire - when am I supposed to receive this?0

Hi - Can anyone offer any advice?
My LTSB claim was issued 6th March, acknowledged 15th March, and no defence has been filed yet. Can anyone confirm that the date to file a defence is 28 days following the 'Issue date' on the claim form? If so, their time is up! However, when I tried this morning to request a judgement by default on the OLMC I got this message:
You cannot request a Judgment by Default at this time.
The Defendant is allowed 14 days from the date they were served with the claim to defend or admit your claim before you can request a Judgment by Default.
If the Defendant files an Acknowledgement of Service within 14 days of receiving the claim form, they will be entitled to 28 days from the date they were served with the claim form to file a defence or admission of your claim. If the Defendent does not file a defence or admission within the 28 days you can request a Judgment by Default.
If you have not requested judgment, the defendant may still file a defence to your claim after the 14 days or 28 days have elapsed. The claim will then be transferred to your local court for a hearing to be arranged
Any advice gratefully received!!0 -
