    You'll find a guide to the AQ in the Reclaim Help Thread which is linked in my signature.
  • Right...now i'm confused! I've just been reading some other threads and it seems to me that they have exactly the same letter as me (i.e a request from judge asking for statements, schedule of charges) but other people have a court date in the letter and i don't!!! Shall i take this as good or bad news?? The allocation questionnaire in my case has been "dispensed" with?? So it sounds to me as if my judge is a bit of a no-nonsense guy!!!
    Any ideas???

    Yes, in the Reclaim Help Thread which is linked in my signature. I'll shift your post into the Q&A thread about the AQ incase you have any problems with it the answers should be there.

    I have now been fighting Natwest for 7 months to claim back nearly £2000,I have today receieved an "allocation questionaire" which it asks me to fill in and send £100 to them?? I have paid for court costs £130 plus faxes telephone calls etc,this is getting beyond a joke now? I am unsure what to do next,is it best to fill the form in? Do i have to send the £100 fee? Will I ever get this back?? I am getting further and further into dept due to all this nonsence,all I want it to be paid out so I can pay off my credit card!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!:rotfl:

    Yes the fee is correct, yes you have to fill the AQ in and pay the £100 if you want the claim to go any further, but rest assured, the fee is reclaimable from your bank, and once you have all your money back including interest and court costs, you will not think it nonsense any more.
    Reclaimed thanks to this site:
    £175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH
  • Have just received my court date requesting a few things which I am not sure about so any help will be greatly appreciated. It may be worth noting that my claim was made through moneyclaim online and that I have followed Martins advice to the letter.

    Here goes:

    Claiment shall by the 2nd August send to the court and to the Defendant a schedule of items claimed for indicating : date, ammount, basis of charge, basis for disputing and substituting as appropriate an alternative suggested charge.

    The Claiment do by the 19th July file and serve the court a completed Allocation questionaire o the Claim shall stand struck out without further order of the Court.

    Defendant shall by the 30th August send to the Court and to the Claimant a counter schedule as above and indicating the basis on which it is defended and setting out the cost to the Defendant of supplying that service.

    I think I have done all of the above but if anybody who has received a similar letter could please help it would be greatly appreciated......

    Cheers Jimmy.

    OK the 1st import thing here is to fill in and return to the court by 19th July, the Allocation Questionnaire
    I found full instructions and text here ->

    then by 2nd August you need list to send a list of the charges they made

    The Defendant bit refers to them :)

    IKEA CARD = £120 charges = £175 received (146%)
    MARBLES = £450 charges = £370 received (82%)

    CAPITAL ONE = £981 charges = £1,489.03 (152%)
    BARCLAYCARD = £580 charges = £786.12 (136%)
    On Hold :mad:
    A+L = £722 charges (target = 147%)
    BARCLAYS = £1,405 charges (target = 128%)
    BARCLAYS = £175 charges (target = 140%)
