Hi
I sent my 1st letter asking for the charges back on the 16th Feb. I received a standard letter back yesterday telling me the reasons for the charges etc... I want to send the 2nd letter now but it says on teh template 'insert courts name'. Which court do I need to put on the letter?

In the letter in Step 4 you have to enter the name of the court that will rule the claim.
Do I put put them name of my local court i.e. Chelmsford or do i put down the MoneyClaim.gov.uk website as that's what I'm going through.
If anybody know can they let me know ASAP
Thank You

I'm just about to send the 'that's not good enough, see you in court' letter after HBOS said I didn't have a leg to stand on.
However I've just got a quick question.
I'm using the template which says:
'This is based on the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations, as I believe these default charges are unfair and not proportionate to your costs, and therefore the [INSERT NAME OF COURT] court will rule in my favour.'
...but I don't understand which court I should name.
I think I'm being a bit thick this morning so any help is welcome!

Hi all,
I was wondering if someone could please give me a little bit of advice? I’m in the process of trying to recuperate my bank charges. I was wondering if someone could explain part of step 4? The part on the letter that says insert name of court! Where would I find this information out from?
Many thanks in advance for any information.0 -
Just leave it out and say "the court will rule in my favour".Reclaimed thanks to this site:
