Just spent £25 on cat food and £1.05 on Pepsi Max. Cat food should last 2.5 to 3 weeks. My boys have hollow legs and tails.
Pepsi was a moment of weakness. So £26.05 spent so far leaving a total of £423.95

Spiggle - thanks, think I'll suggest a pocket money allowance to him over the weekend and see if he goes for it. It'll be an eye opener for him if he does, it makes me feel very [can't think of the right word errrr] ???? is aggreived a word??? Just gonna check ...... yep it is but resentful was the word I was trying to think of [I have a headache and thats my excuse!!] Dictionary's are great anyway back to the subject [are you still following this lol] I feel very RESENTFUL of the work I put into making sure we survive every month and DH enjoys the benefits a bit too often with the beer [although he does buy cheapo stuff] so I feel a little chat happening tomorrow.

Chloris - used to include it too until it was getting too much!!!

Spent £3 today so need to update siggy and spending diary

I know exactly how you feel!! i am working my butt off batch cooking, homebaking, menu planning, downgrading, so we can save money (bearing in mind i pay for grocery shopping), and then as soon as he gets paid what does he spend his money on??? dvds, games, takeout. aarrrgggghhhhh i feel like banging my head against a brick wall!! and his argument is - i hardly get to see any of my wages as it is so why cant i buy a few things for myself? yes thats fine, but atleast participate in this exercise (which by the way is money towards OUR wedding?!), maybe help me with the cost of grocery shopping each month, and help by putting a little of your money aside??? am i being totally unreasonable? i cant remember the last time i bought something for myself!!

I have just had a look in my cuboard and freezer, damn i have a lot of stuff ive forgotten about. I feel like my £75 budget for this month is very high. I'm not going to buy a single thing until I have ran out backups. I wonder how long it will all last... Freezer does need defrosting so i should get busy and eat it all.

NSD today and yesterday, will update my sig. I am hoping it will be a low spend week next week as it should only be a few top ups that I need.
