OH (and I) now has £15 per week pocket money and he can spend it all on beer if he wants but that's it. _pale_ No subs, no borrowing, he gets by on that alone.
You could of course set any amount you like (I'm a meanie apparently :rotfl:)
£15  mine gets £10 a week for beer:D - thats for his darts match night though. He is good really we buy supermarket beer when it is on offer -usually around bank holiday time, and he has a couple of those each week before he goes out to darts so it costs him less when he is out. I do include all beer in food bill as we don't buy that much really.
Was just popping in to update signature with spends. Having a bad month already spent £32.47 is a*da and £32.26 in a*di. I find I am buying more and more from a*di as it is closer and cheaper. I have a Mr T credit card as I am trying to save enough clubcard vouchers to get merlin passes next year but aldi don't take c/cards and I find I am using Mr T less and less so don't seem to be collecting points very quickly.
I am impressed with all the recipe ideas in the first few posts, I will have to try some of them, although need to be careful as I am a target SW member having lost 2 1/2 stone - don't want to put it all on again:D So pleased to see some SW ones. I want to meal plan and cook more from scatch - that will hopefully bring my food bills down. Just got to find the time to do it though. Thanks to MSE savings we got to go to Disneyworld Florida.

oh and i paid the kids snack money aswell so thats £4 to the nursery
Pretty sure you can freeze any herbs in ice cube trays. I would chop first then freeze in a little water. HTH0 -
