Kimberley - I was same as you - but if you read whole thread you might understand why i came to the conclusion i did.
(plus- ive never ever met the child so i dont view her as "family" if that makes sense)0 -
oh mimi - the sad, sad pair of them! this almost breaks my heart. YOU know whats going to happen, I know and so does everyone else - apart from this couple! talk about 'Eternal Optimists' and that seems to describe them perfectly! This is awful - but I doubt that YOU would go through the 'shall I take the baby' scenario. I would imagine that the baby will be taken straight from her after the birth and adopted. How sad is that. Why has no-one supported this pair (I mean Social Services - not you or your family as I got the impression from before that you have all tried your best). I think that your role is to prepare them for whats going to happen and just be there for them. Nothing else you CAN do!0

To be honest SS havent even bothered with the kids that are already here - they definitley arent bothered about SIL and bro. I know they havent visited the little girl thats with our family for about 2 months now which is ridiculous (ok, i know shes fine and is actually improving ALOT but they dont)
I told them last time (before the youngest was born) to sort it because they would take the baby from birth and they didnt believe me and thats exactly what happened. I did ask my mum other day if she thinks SIL is stupid enough to try and disappear to have the baby but mum doesnt think so
Im so angry with them right now - i know they arent fit mentally but they must know what will happen.0 -

:T:T Mimi, that's wonderful news! They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.0 -
Mimi I am delighted to hear your own personal news, and sad to hear that she may be pregnant again. Sadly this is very common in women in that situation. I hope she's wrong. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

I told SIL i would be needing the cot back i gave her (Obviously she has no child who uses the cot) and the %&£^Y£$&"$"£$& daft c*w has said "oh, i think im pregnant too"
I want to throttle her . . . .
She isn't 100% sure if she is but shes put on ALOT of weight
I asked why she wasnt on the pill - she said docs refuse to give it her because of all her other medication
I said "depo!!!" she said she doesnt like needles
"implant?" her reply "i dont like the look of it"
So i told her to get bl**dy fixed - her reply "i dont like operations"
Am SO SO angry with her right now (shouted at bro - he said he thought she was being careful - idiot)
any one got the number for Jeremy Kyle ...........
Congratulations on your pregnancy mimi.0 -
Normally i wouldnt bother over an item but the cot was my DD's - and as hey never officially used it i'd like it back (more sentimental than anything) and plus - Its one less thing i need to buy then lol New mattress and a lick of paint and away we go0
