Help! Re Barclays/Woolwich bank charges....I have now got to the 'you are in court on July 6th' from the courts . What do I need to send them (who) as evidence? do I update the interest values on my claim?0
-
is it the norm for barclays bank to enter a defence for unfair bank charges they have with me just want to know if they have with anyone else0
-
It is perfectly normal. Most, if not all, banks are putting in defences these days.Hamsters have no tact and diplomacy, nor do they want any.0

Help, what do I do.... Back in Feb 07 I sent Woolwich all the letters as advised, got an offer 3 weeks ago 25% less then requested. Sent another letter saying that I was going to court unless they settled, they advised me that they would respond by 29 May 07... didn't receive anything else so I called them today - they said that no further correspondance would be sent to me by the 29th & that the offer made would be the one & only offer & up to me to do whatever. What can I do, I'm worried about taking them to court because of the odd chance I do something wrong & I lose out, also I haven't found any details of success rates taking the Woolwich to court!!. Could I send them a letter saying I'll accept the offer as part payment of the full amount?? They seem to be sticking to their guns & basically saying go 4 it if you have the B&LL's to do so...!!
Any help or advice would be great. Thanks.0 -
