i emailed lovefilm about my voucher and got a reply about the 10 dvds not being added to my list. so i emailed them back saying that i did and so please send me my vouvher otherwise i will contact trading standards. Still waiting to hear back a week later.
emailed boots through thier website and a few days later a lady phoned me, apoligised for lovefilm and will be sending my my £15 vouchers.

I applied at the beginning of December (then cancelled within 3 weeks) and haven't received any acknowledgment of any kind from Boots. Not sure how to chase it ...0

You need to email Lovefilm to ask where the voucher is. There's a posting option called (more or less) "where the hell's my ******* voucher?" in the "contact us" section of the Lovefilm website.
No point in approaching poor ol' Boots until you have a response from Lovefilm; it may be that your voucher, like mine, is going to be posted "within the next ten years".

This FREE trial offer expires on 10/02/2007. Offer only valid for first-time subscribers to LOVEFiLM.com or any other LOVEFiLM International operated service. Offer may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer and is limited to one per household. The free trial expires 21 days after registration or when we send you your 7th DVD rental, whichever is the sooner. A valid credit/debit card is required to redeem the offer.
