Mazzapan - don't know if anyone has answered you on this? (apologies if they have) but I did the same thing and eventually complained to Boots and they gave me the points.

I myself have been trying to contact Boots... No luck!
(they DID send me 357 identical 'mass-produced' replies though no human typed them...)

I dont have any "Advantage" card or anything though. I was expecting a £15 Boots voucher to spend in store on wot i wanted..

I know overseas call centres result in language chaos but a company's written comms should never get into the same mess.

On the face of it then good news. But I'm happier than ever to be free of Lovefilm: if it can't even say what it means (or understand what a customer is asking / requiring) then best to deal with an outfit that can.

i have recently had loads of problems with lovefilm dvds .they do not reply quick to customer enquiries ,or not reply at all. there is no customer servise number to call.i have cancelled with them and would not recomend them to anyone.

i totally agree with u.i was so frustrated when they did not reply to my emails.and there is no customer service number to ring.i would not recomend them to anyone.

Hi there, I tried this link and after recieving my first DVD sent them an E-Mail to check when I would recieve my voucher. On the reply E-Mail I was informed that the promotion code I had used was not the correct code for the £15 Boots Voucher.........
I will be canceling my contract with Love film but the DVD came quick and the service seems easy to use.

FACT: Lovefilm are f***ing CRAP.
Customer service is 100% SH*T, they lie and do NOT provide adequate service.
Perhaps we should start a list of UNBELIEVABLY BAD Companies:
