Only just found it myself.
Is it me or is the forum starting to crash??? It's been sl-ooo-oow for quite a while but now I keep getting "database error" reports flagged up and asked to wait and then refresh.

Are they working longer hours at Lovefilm now?
I thought the phone lines closed at 10pm and after that you could cancel online.
** Tried again and this time was not asked to ring the 0870 number.
Cancellation was quick and straightforward online.0 -
hi, am i right in thinking that you have to cancel before your 7th dvd it sent to you? ive just sent back my 6th dvd (when i receive them, i burn them and send them back straight away!).

When they send out another DVD, you will get charged.
