Free £15 Boots voucher and Lovefilm DVD rental trial

Only just found it myself.

Is it me or is the forum starting to crash??? It's been sl-ooo-oow for quite a while but now I keep getting "database error" reports flagged up and asked to wait and then refresh.

(My browser cache is clear, by the way.)

Right gregory77 - I suggest you quote that line back to Deepak at Lovefilm and tell him to stick it where the sun don't shine!

Give them 48hours to confirm you'll get your voucher, or you'll report them to Trading Standards.

Are they working longer hours at Lovefilm now?

I thought the phone lines closed at 10pm and after that you could cancel online.


** Tried again and this time was not asked to ring the 0870 number.

Cancellation was quick and straightforward online.

hi, am i right in thinking that you have to cancel before your 7th dvd it sent to you? ive just sent back my 6th dvd (when i receive them, i burn them and send them back straight away!).

danster, you will be charged a month's subscription fee.
When they send out another DVD, you will get charged.

** BUT you should not be copying DVDs!! That is illegal !!! **

Quite agree with grenny and codger - here we are discussing how to deal with what seems to be an appalling company, and one mindless moron stands to ruin the thread and the reputation of MSE by choosing to give public details of his criminal activity.
