for the first time ever I have been able to go shopping in the evening and make use of the end of day reductions. I would normally have been over the limit by now. Not drinking has additional money saving incentives apart from just the obvious one!
    Have a good evening all

    Hi DM

Thanks for the tip. I'm rubbing Bonjela on my ulcers regularly, think salt water might make me sick!!! Well done with your decision not to drink when out with family. Heavy drinking is part of my family's culture and the option of not drinking when I became old enough wasn't given as an option - not sure that makes sense! Don't get me wrong, it wasn't poured down my neck and of course there was a choice but I didn't see it! It never crossed my mind!

    Take care
