Miss Piggy - you and I are so alike with our weakness for wine. I can be really good and go without during the week with hardly any bells ringing, then every so often, have to give in and end up having loads and then feeling really ill and anxious and guilty the next day. But you know what, it's actually like letting out a pressure valve, and I know that it's something that I do, instead of taking antidepressants or antianxiety tablets, which really don't agree with me at all.

Anyway, I'm AF tonight and working as usual on a project!

SOS - Yes, we sound very similar with regards to the wine. I can, quite honestly, go weeks without it and will then have a stretch of anything between 3 and 7 days of drinking. Complete and utter definition of binge drinking I suppose:o. I don't know if its a pressure valve for me or just a little switch inside me that switches on. I just know I don't like it. This weekend I feel I wasted a whole weekend with my OH and Piglet.:(

Had a really good nights sleep...not surprising as by 8pm last night I was exhausted.

Me and Piglet have a nice easy day today...we have plans to make sledges for his teddies out of old boxes!:rotfl:Feel a teddy bears picnic coming on at lunchtime too :rotfl:
